Not impressed at all. I ordered an 18 cord for my Garmin Echomap on Nov 28th

Happy to have found this little gem of a shop. They have some really good quality merchandise including brands like Silky saw and Morakniv. Prices seem fair. Bring your card though as they don't have a cash register.

Found this store through a Google search and ordered some NEBO slim 1200 (hard to find ) they delivered to my house in White Rock fast and was easy to order online. Transaction was smooth and hassle free and got my items fast and the pricing was extremely fair.Highly recommendA++++++++10/10

I bought a garmin 86i from them for hunting last year since I did go I stored the box in my safe locked, when I went to activate the product following season it was to my surprise that the gps was not in box now I understand I should of activated it as soon as I bought it, but when I went back in with the receipt the sales associate failed to register the serial number when I bought it so they could not “confirm or deny that it was in the box” and had no record of the unit yet my receipt says otherwise, I understand I’m at partial fault for not opening the box right away and that’s on me for placing too much trust in the business; I just don’t understand what kind of sloppy inventory system they have for them to have no record of the sale of the unit and to who. Long story short I paid $1000 for an empty box and a charging cable….

Great store! Friendly, knowledgeable staff who always go the extra mile to help you out. The only people in Thunder Bay I'll ever buy a GPS or fishfinder from.

Found these guys online while looking for Cablz glasses strap. Excellent service and great price. Did not know what to expect but package arrived fast and there was great communication Well doneKBM. Hope to do business again

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! PENALIZES CUSTOMERS UNFAIRLY! Buy from a reputable outdoor store instead!I purchased a multitool (Leatherman) at midnight and realized that I no longer needed this early the next morning. At 8am, I sent an email to the sales team to cancel the order. I got an email right away saying that it wasn't a problem but that there would a RESTOCKING FEE of $8. The product hadn't even shipped, and I highly doubt that they processed the order and packaged it between midnight and 8am the next morning (8 hours, outside of their working hours)!!Very annoyed that I had to pay a restocking fee for an item that wasn't even shipped to me. Every other reputable outdoor store (MEC etc) accept returns without penalizing their customers. This is bad customer service!For the record, Leatherman sells the product on their own website, with FREE shipping, and bonus items!

Order took 9 days to ship! Tried to cancel order, only to have them take it to the post office and ship it anyway after I called and reminded them that it was still not shipped even though I paid for expedited shipping.Would not recommend shopping here!Very disappointed with customer service provided by KBM outdoors.

A store that still has hard copy maps. Great selection of knives and surveying equipment. Good quality axes and GPS equipment
