I cannot say enough good things about Chris Gallant and Cambridge Elevating Ltd.Three years ago we had a residential elevator installed by another company. The elevator had a number of problems and it seemed the installation company could rarely repair a problem on the first attempt, but still charged quite a bit of money. A second round of different contractors could not identify the issues.Two months ago the elevator stopped working completely and the original contractor told me that I would have to replace the circuit board at a cost of $3,200 plus GST. At that point I decided to call Cambridge the manufacturer and they in turn got me in touch with Chris.Chris offered to come out the next day. He repaired the problem by resetting the circuit board. Even though he spent well over an hour at my house, he refused to take any money for the job. Saying that “he wants people with these elevators to be happy”.Needless to say I would give Chris the highest recommendation.

Chris and Dave were unbelievably great to work with, went above and beyond our expectations, and met all of the timelines they promised. Highly recommend these guys over any of their competition in Calgary - give them a try and you will not be disappointed!!! It's so nice to work with professionals!

Dave Adamson and his staff ( Chris Gallant ) installed our Cambrian home elevator in a very professional manner. Their service was exceptional making our elevator noise free during operation. They were patient with us answering all questions. I would highly recommend this elevator and this team to anyone!

We built a home a year ago. We were considering a few elevator companies and ended up choosing Cambridge and are very glad we did (Dave won me over with donuts). We have a little girl in a wheelchair so the elevator was mostly for her and Cambridge went above and beyond by ensuring she could reach all the buttons, had enough time to get in a out of the elevator, and we're in the process of adding a second set of buttons closer to the floor so she can use the elevator whether she's in her wheelchair or on the floor. Cambridge worked with our builder at every step to ensure everything was done correctly. The process was stress-free and the elevator has been solid. The service is very good as well. Whenever I have a question or concern or want to change a setting, they are on it. I would choose Cambridge again :)

WOW!I should have trusted my gut when I was looking for a company to fix a small problem with our elevator. Instead I went with some advice that would prove to be very expensive. Then I made the right move and turned to Cambridge Elevator!I called the elevator company that I had used in the past in hopes that they could come and service my elevator quickly and get it running again. They came and spent 7 hours troubleshooting just to then tell me that I should use someone else to fix the problem.I then called and talked with Chris at Cambridge Elevator. He and Dwayne one of the Techs were at my house that afternoon. They spent very little time and found the problem and were confident they could fix the elevator quickly. Also not only did they see the main issue but they also discovered multiple little adjustments that they quickly and efficiently corrected so that the lift is working better than it had ever before.Thank you to Cambridge Elevator and Chris in particular. He was courteous, mind full of our needs, and honest in the diagnosis and repair of the elevator.I will always make sure to call Cambridge Elevator first and only when I need service and or a repair. Thank you for your help and kindness.Don't be dumb like me, just call Cambridge Elevator first.
