I'v bought phones from Connextel and not once had any problems with them. The employee's that work there are Great and work professionally and get back to you pretty fast with the issue and explained everything in detail, Price is fair for what they offer I'd recommend bringing you're phones here for repair out of any other phone stores in Bradford.

Amazing experience ! I needed my dad's phone fixed asap. Even though they are usually closed on Sunday's, they made an exception and were able to fix the iPhone's shattered screen at an affordable price! The man working there was very understanding and professional. He was efficient and fixed it in a timely manner. It came back looking brand new! Would definitely recommend this place.

Avoid this place. I brought a mint condition ZTE Axon 7 in for a battery repair on Jan 4th 2019 at the Bradford location. I ordered my own battery through ZTE to make sure it was an OEM part, with that being said all they were required to do was the battery swap. The only thing I asked for was my old battery back to make sure the repair was completed. I return an hour later to pick up my phone and Kevin tells me my screen is broken. I tell him whatever you need to do to fix it just get it done....you can already see where this is going. I used an LG G flex 2 that a bought unlocked a while back for about 2 weeks until I gave up and bought the Razer Phone ( on sale) because I couldn't wait any longer. I just want the phone back so I can gift it to my motherAbout a month or so later I come back and some new guy is there named David. He tells me the screen isn't in yet but once it is he will call me. I return to the store two weeks later and he brings me my phone with this new screen attached. The screen they ordered didn't have a home button because they ordered the wrong screen. We are in March now just so you know.They order the new screen and I come in during the first week of April. He shows me my phone and it's absolutely mangled. The screen wasn't sitting right and there was glue all over the device. Volume down button doesn't click anymore and it's tough to push. Sloppy workmanship from someone who just doesn't care at this point. I told him to make sure the screen is sitting properly or these things can break really easily.May 7 I go into the store and the phone appears to me in working condition. Screen is better looking that the last time but still sloppy. I asked for my old battery back and they said they couldn't find it. At this point I lost it a bit and paid them 25 dollars for the service while advising David to call me when him or his boss Kevin finds my battery so I can pay them the rest.My phone currently doesn't hold a charge properly and to be honest I don't even think they completed the repair. They wanted 56 dollars for the battery swap labour plus 110 for the screen. In all honestly this business should owe me a phone but I can't be bothered with them after this 4 month process.He still hasn't called me so I'm leaving this review. I hope this helps other potential clients understand what they are getting into. I will never use this place again and I feel bad for anyone who does.

I broke my one+2  phone screen .  I called around and could not find a repair facility that would fix the my phone. I read online that they are difficult to repair so shops won't touch them, high failure rate.Lucky for me Connextel specializes  in hard to repair devices.  They also had the part in Stock.  Only problem was they couldn't offer same day service on my model.I received my phone back in 3 days looking new.Thanks again connextel

Very friendly guys, way less expensive than everywhere else I called, the wait time was a little long but because of it they gave me a free tempered glass on my phone. My phone looks great! And I have 30 days if any problems to bring it back . I would say 4.5 star rating.

the staff there are amazing. they did a great job on my phone and the price is great, They work around the times that are suitable for your schedule. They had my phone done in an hour and a half. Would really recommend this place to friends and family.

Repaired my iPhone 7 screen same day! Very friendly and personable, reasonably priced, and they had a steady stream of happy customers while I was there. I will hopefully not crack my screen again, but if I do, I know where I’ll go

If there were a 0 star I would but since 1 is the least here we go….I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Bradford IT Guy for my computer repairs, and I must say that it was an absolute nightmare. I was promised a quick turnaround time of just one day for my repairs, but little did I know that I would end up waiting for days without any progress or communication from their end.After dropping off my computer, I eagerly awaited their call informing me that my repairs were complete. However, days passed, and I heard nothing from them. Frustrated and concerned, I reached out to them multiple times, but to my dismay, they conveniently ignored my messages and calls. It was incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful to leave a customer hanging in such a manner.To make matters worse, when I finally managed to get in touch with the simcoe it Guy, they attempted to scam me out of additional money. They claimed that there were unexpected issues with my computer that required extra repairs, and therefore, I needed to pay a hefty fee. This felt like a blatant attempt to exploit my trust and extort more money from me.The lack of communication and the attempted scam were clear indications of the untrustworthiness and unreliability of Bradford IT Guy. It was evident that they had no regard for customer satisfaction or providing quality service. It is disappointing and disheartening to encounter such unethical behavior from a service provider.Overall, my experience with simcoe IT Guy was nothing short of a nightmare. The long delays, the lack of communication, and the attempted scam left a bitter taste in my mouth. I strongly advise others to steer clear of this company if they value their time, money, and peace of mind. There are undoubtedly better and more reputable IT service providers out there who prioritize customer satisfaction and deliver on their promises.

amazing service, I called to schedule my phone to be repaired and he had me in the store and my phone fixed as soon as I got off the phone with him. My phone was fixed within the hour and it looks as good as the day I bought it. I've been there a second time since I posted my original review and the service the second time was as good if not better then the first time. I called other phone repair stores before coming back here and was quoted 200$ for a repair that Connextel did for my for 70$. Overall this is the best repair store I have come across between Barrie and Toronto. I would recommend this store to anyone in need of phone or tablet repairs.

I've broken my phone three times before and this was the first time I brought it to Connextel Communications. This was the best place I ever took my phone for repair. Other places usually kept my phone for days until it was repaired. Connextel repaired it within the hour for the price I felt was most reasonable. Great service guys! Keep it up!
