When I set out on a quest to buy a new bike (Pinarello Dogma), I could never have imagined how fortunate I would be to discover Edmonton-based Cycle‑Logic, owned and operated by founder Rich Schafenacker. Cycle-logic’s national reputation for unparalleled expertise and customer service is all about Rich, a formidable athlete in his own right but moreover an unbelievably great guy who knows absolutely everything you need to know about bikes and cycling. Incredible Bike store! Rich is extremely knowledgable with cycling, triathlon and equipment. As a first time Iron man athlete I went to the show to ask about options for fitting my road bike for riding triathlon. Rich has extensive knowledge of different courses and triathlon specific bike fitting. He offers an amazing service in performing longitudinal bike fitting sessions to help an athlete drop into a more aero position as they improve riding technique. The prices are VERY reasonable and cheaper than many competitors even though the quality is top notch. Very kind staff and overall a great place for parts, a fitting, or a tune up.

I was looking to buy a new road bike, and I shopped around, I have been to many bike shops in Edmonton, and this one is simply THE BEST.Rich and his team are perfect, knowledge, know what they are doing, great services, always nice and helpful. He really takes his time, makes suggestions based on my needs and my riding style.Even though I did not buy a bike from the store directly. A customer of this store is selling her used bike, and Rich is facilitating the transaction between the two of us. Rich did the bike fit for me, adjusted my cleats and made sure that all the parts are moving smoothly. Last but not least, he is doing all of these without any charge. Rich is such a nice person to work with, I will definitely buy my next bike from him, as I trust him with my hard-earned money.

I haven’t been at the shop however the owner, Rich, helped me out while I was riding along 91st and had a flat on my mountain bike.I believe Rich was riding to the shop and saw me pushing my bike and offered to help by giving his road bike tube and installing it for me.The resourceful solution got me to where I needed to go urgently. His quick thinking and handy work along with his kindness is deeply appreciated :)I recommend anyone looking for a bike shop drop by this place! I’ll definitely visit the shop when I’m back in Edmonton again

Finally a cycle shop that starts with the rider then the bike. Rich and his team are amazing. The knowledge he has is mind blowing and is well worth your time to stop by if you are interested in getting into cycling or looking at advancing your cycling skills. Highly recommended!!

We brought an older bike in to Cycle Logic, not sure if it would be worthy of repair and refurbishment. Rich kindly spent time with us, and checked the bike over thoroughly. He put in many hours working on the brakes, cables, chain, etc. to bring it up to speed. It looked like new when he was done. We are very happy with Rich's knowledge and incredible work ethic. He kept the cost within our budget, and returned a bike with many more road hours on it. Thank you, Rich. We will recommend Cycle Logic to our biking friends.

Rich and Mike surveyed my bike for me and provided a solution to my problem within minutes. Additionally they provided some extra insight on the history of my bike and recommendations on how to care for it.You can tell they easily care about both the shop and it’s customers.
