Great place for a sweet treat or soup & sandwich. Stopped in a month ago. Waited in line as staff went out of they way to help out a disabled guy. Kudos to the awesome freindly staff. Sandwich hit the spot. We will be back!

Big shout out to King David and Queen Jessie at The Fig for a memorable experience. We quickly stopped in for a bite to eat as we passed through town and were met with a funny and entertaining staff. The service was quick and the food was outstanding, we will definitely be back for more!

Unfortunately this place wasn't good. I had the build your own bowl. Veggies just thrown in, turkey was super dry, cold and I barely ate any of it. Staff were friendly but the quality of the food was terrible. I won't go back.

Currently sitting at the Fig enjoying their daily special - soup and 1/2 sandwich with a vanilla latte. WOW. Everything is so fresh and presented so nicely. My tastebuds are in heaven and I couldn't wait until I left to leave this rave review. This is going to be my new favourite stop when I'm in town.

10/10 California Bowl, would recommend. Tasty, fresh, delicious.Unfortunately lost a star due to single serve packaging for eating in cafe. I appeal to the owners to reconsider for in cafe, styrofoam and plastic utensils take an extensive period of time to break down.

The sandwiches were just as delicious as the staff. I highly recommend checking out the sandwiches and the staff. David and Jessie, our King and Queen!

I had heard good things about the fig... Sadly, My experience was not even remotely good..We ordered a cinnamon buns, it was a decent size... but needed a gallon of milk to go along with it, as it was the driest thing I have ever tasted and not much flavor at all!The brownie was very very thin and again dry and crumpled into peices.My London ice fog had a hair inside the cup :s and the Iced hot chocolate I got My granddaughter tasted like water... no chocolate at all.

5 stars every time. I was stayed home for work today, needed some comfort food - skipped the Fig over. Blindly orderered a soup of the day, and a sammy. Of course the soup ended up being the most amazing chili ever. Best self care day!

Love this place!Delicious sandwiches, soups and pastries made by wonderful people! If I'm heading to Vernon, I'll skip breakfast so I have room for a tasty lunch at The Fig.

I seriously love this place! The owners and staff are amazing. The portions are huge and they use local, fresh ingredients. The cinnamon buns are amazing too! And they have great lattes with dairy free alternatives.
