The Westin Trillium House, Blue Mountain

Amazing service & place! What a great experience that my family and I will remember forever! We went for my son’s 9th birthday and only told them the day of. They immediately made our celebration even better by upgrading us to a beautiful room. When we got to our room, they had a basket full of caramel corn, chocolates, sweets and a birthday card. They also let us check out late and accommodated our every whim. The pool and the place was just perfect. Which added to our love of Blue Mountain. It was a unique experience to swim in the heated pool and go in the hot tub when it was still cold out, but we loved it and would recommend it! We’ll be back!

Promised 20% discount on longer stay 3-4 nights as showing on hotel website, booked 4 nights and no discount applied, paid in advance and no discounts as promised, insects are floating on the swimming pool as we couldn't use the swimming pool for most of our stay, room service around one hour waiting time to bring food to my room. location is amazing, over all facility is clean, food is excellent.considering the above average room rate and other charges I was expecting a better guest services and cleaner pool water.

My daughter wanted to celebrate her birthday at Blue Mountain. We chose the Westin because of its close proximity to everything. We were thrilled the with beautiful room and views of the pond, pools and mountain. It made it hard to leave the room!They had a gift bag from the local candy store and card in the room when we arrived. My daughter was thrilled. The service was outstanding and staff was so helpful and courteous. Thank you you all for making her birthday a memorable one!

Great resort with tons of things to do (this was during summer).In true Westin fashion the rooms offer everything Heavenly (bed, towels, etc). Very clean, comfortable and upgraded rooms, amazing staff throughout and a fantastic on-site restaurant and bar. The hotel also offers underground parking with no height restrictions.Lots of golf courses nearby as well as the resort village which offers many restaurants, activities and stores.This is definitely a great hotel and worth checking out.

Had a very unpleasant experience here. Love the Westin and we have been coming here for years, however this time was different. After two night of sleeping in the bed on top of the sheets my girlfriend got under the sheets and found a used women’s underwear in her bed. Clearly the maid’s did not clean the sheets and just made up the bed. Don’t think this should be acceptable when I am paying over $500 a night for a room. Brought up my concerns with the front desk and they waived my parking and took $100 off. Don’t think that was the fair thing to do on their part. Unfortunately will not be coming back here after this incident and the way the hotel dealt with it.

When we arrived our room was not ready so we decided to check out the pool(busy) but nice, after waiting for 2 hours our room was still not ready so we were just going to bring our luggage up from our vehicle and store them. I was very lucky to have asked a guy (manager) to help me with this…he was so helpful and nice got us right into a beautiful room, gave us free all day play tickets for 2 days for 6 people and no charge for parking. Cant say enough about this manager made our stay and vacation the best. Hope everyone gets this guy!!!

Amazing resort. Great amenities, friendly and professional staff, clean large rooms.There are a bunch of great restaurants within walking distance. Good golf courses nearby as well. Haven't been in the winter though, just early summer. I definitely want to go back sometime.

Such a great place. Super close to the ski lift and rental pick up. The outside pool and hot tubs were a big hit for our family. The room was great and loved that we were able to cook some food. The hotel is in walk distance from the village which was a great place. We would definitely come back. Note: even though your room may be paid for they still put a hold on your credit card for each night plus sum and say the hold will be released after check out. I did not read that fine print so just be aware of that.

I recently had the pleasure of celebrating my birthday at The Westin Hotel. The hotel staff went above and beyond and surprised me with a complimentary room upgrade. The room was tastefully decorated, the bed incredibly comfortable and we had a lovely balcony with a Village View. The hotel’s location was convenient and walking distance to the Village. I would highly recommend The Westin for a memorable hotel experience. Thank you to the Westin Team for a delightful stay.

Not great value - the price is on the premium end of the scale but the rooms are a bit dated. Very comfortable bed though, and it was a nice touch that they provided a bed and bowls for our dog as well. We chose this hotel because it is pet friendly, but upon check in we were asked to sign a waiver saying we will not leave our dog in the room unattended… so we had to take turns skiing, order room service/take out/go to the one and only dog friendly restaurant in the village. The overall experience left much to be desired…
