Keeping the below info as is, I had management reach out about the below experience. We discussed the incident and they agreed that this was not okay and not how they want to do business, they were going to internally investigate as the technician was still employed by them. They also offered to cover the cost of the other plumbers invoice amount, I didn't take them up on it as that's not how I am but found it as a stand up gesture on their behalf. The owners/management seem to care and want to offer quality services after talking to them.BUYER BEWARE:Overpriced - they quoted us around $1500 dollars to for a hot water tank install and could not get to it that day, 2 other local plumbers quoted 2/3 the price with same day service, the plumber which installed the tank was there within 30 mins.Scare tactics - The gentlemen plumber insisted that the gas lines hooked up to the hot water tank were done totally wrong and he would loose his license or job if he did that kind of work - I have had 2 different gas fitters look over the house with no concerns and the green tag from the inspections is still present from 2004.SO CALLED WARRANTEE:If we wanted the hot water tank installed the same day he could of fit it in if we paid for the Gold Package which included a warrantee which came to a total of $2500. I am one to pay for quality work but I will not pay 2.5 times more for the same job.Be careful when you call this company in wetaskiwin

The journey person showed up on a moments notice on friday night, not only was the work completely professional, The manager John treated us with dignity and respect. I got a quote for a new furnace that was over $12000. They ask you to sign at the end of their 3 hr talk when they came to look at it. Don't sign I am sure you would sign a contract without knowing it. I did not and the plumber got upset about.

I'm editing my review because after a pretty bad experience with them, they tried super hard to make it right. They sent us a gift card for dinner, and Beth was a wonderful woman to talk to. I truly do appreciate the effort that this company put into helping to better our experience. That's not something a lot of companies do.
