Good product - great solution for a lane way entrance. Unfortunately the post install customer service was non-existent. One sensor broke a few months after install and after several calls and emails, I had to find the replacement parts on ebay.

What a pleasure it was working with this company! I had a custom roller door installed in my lane way. The service from initial contact was exceptional!!! I was extremely happy with how it turned out and, referred all my neighbors to them. The installer have been to a few of my neighbors and have made an effort to stop by and see how my door is operating or, if i have any questions.

I have used Kimbel for a cabana project which required screens and shutters. the project was not easy and needed much detail and co-ordination during the building processKimbel was there to guide us through and ultimately the build and addition to their screens and shutters were a successalso, when we required service or a repair they were on top of it and came out to take care of my client.very happy with the product and service.
