Very clean with good covid safety measures. Isaac was awesome. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I took a lot of time trying out the mattresses with no time limit or pressure. Would highly recommend shopping at the somerled store.

our sales rep was very attentive to my elderly mother and worked with her budget to get her not only the bed frame she wanted but also a mattress that she was been sleeping very comfortably on since purchase

I purchased a bed from Dormez-vous and the salesman sold me two Bio-soft pillows along with it. I noticed a musty smell on the pillow and washed the outer covering. The first morning after I slept on the pillow my face was covered with a rash. I returned the pillows and the salesman exchanged them for another pair and told me to air them outside before sleeping on them. I didn’t want to take a chance and examined the pillow. To my horror there were visible mould spots all over the pillow. When I brought them back the salesman told me it wasn’t mould and refused to look at them. He did refund me however. It seems that possibly they were stored in a moist environment.I also purchased a mattress cover at the same time which I have washed twice already and still has a petroleum smell.And to boot when my bed was delivered the delivery man was not wearing a mask. When I asked him to put one on he smirked and said oh I don’t have it. I made him go out to get one and he returned with his mask worn under the nose. I called customer service to complain three times, once being cut off after waiting on hold and then explaining the situation, and another two times when I asked to speak with a manager and was assured that someone would get back to me promptly. It’s been 3 weeks and I’m still waiting. And I can’t find any number to call and take my complaint further.

Overall a no stress experience.The legend of Isaac lives on. There are other reviews that mention him ...and it's clear why. Helpful and friendly, he gave me no pressure and offered quick confident answers to my questions. I managed to get a deal on the mattress I purchased and left feeling good about the transaction.I expect delivery this coming Wednesday. I will update how that went when it happens.

I have bought 3 beds at this store over the last 12 years. I always receive excellent friendly service (thank you Isaac) price and delivery. This is a highly professional organization that delivers on its promise. I recommend Dormez-vous on Somerled.

While the phone was not answered the staff were very friendly when I drove over. He assisted me in purchasing a metal frame for my king sized bed. Nobody's perfect but the sales rep worked hard and helped figure out an issue between their online heavy duty" frame and their internal listing for "heavy duty king sized bed frame". In turns out their standard frame is listed as heavy duty online ($104.99 online/$90 in store) and they have an extra-heavy-duty frame that was about $155 which explained the price differentiation between the online store and the bick and mortar store. They are local and they are open
