Lovely pastry shop that offers croissants, buns, and various cakes.To top it all off, they now regularly offer 50% off 1-2 hrs before closing! I will definitely be back as it’s an even better value now.

This location has the worst customer service. The person serving named Tulsi completely ignored us and served people behind us. She was very rude and abrupt when we tried to order. We decided to leave and in a flippant manner she said Thanks for coming. I turned and asked to speak to her manager and she gave me a website to go and complain. Please train your staff in this store on proper customer service. Will not go back to this location again.

Dear owner,An employee named Shruti was very rude to me. When I asked her to speak to her Manager, her attitude was very bad and said she owns the place & she said don't nod your head like that" I have been to your pastry house for many months and I am sure she was just an employee there. The Croissant were stale too. I don't think I will ever visit again. Shruti kind of ppl does not deserve my business. I hope you will address this concern with your staff."

Not worth it for $17 for 4 bakery items .It tastes normal nothing special . In general staff was nice plus place was clean . Inside the erin mills town centre

Sorry, I didn't pick up the name of the store assistant, but she was nice enough not to charge me twice for the pastry I dropped in the parking lot and returned to buy more. Thank you so much! It's a real treat to have great customer service!

Priscilla was very knowledgeable and helpful in recommending Sweets to take home for my family. My mom loved the creaminess of the carrot cakes here and my dad loves the variety of croissants when binge watching Netflix in the evenings. Will definitely visit again! Thank you!

Good service customer service as they know well of their products. The store workers are able to ask if you need help without being too attached to you and they have great suggestions too. The tastes and textures are out of this world, quality baking. The only thing I’d say is the poppy seed pastry had barely any filling and I had laid 3 dollars for that. Everything on average is about 3~3.50 in the store. Definitely going again!
