We had this strange noise coming from one of our elevators, so we had iRISE perform a health assessment of our equipment. They provided a beautiful mechanical report of the elevator components in the shaft. Unsurprisingly, we discovered that our previous elevator company was signing off on work that was not completed. In fact, the strange noise was a mechanical failure resulting from many months of neglect. We dismissed our service provider and hired iRISE to maintain our elevators moving forward. So far so good!
