Very poor selection. There were 4 men who work there and they were just talking to each other waited for someone to assist me but did not know what I was talking about he had to ask his Co worker. Frustrating

Super friendly staff , kinda small but still a useful store

Really rude over the phone, little to no customer service and talked to me as if they expected me to know everything. Was put on hold, transferred over without notice and the other lady on the other line was caught by surprise and was really rude.I asked to see if their inventory online is up to date and she kept making rude remarks, so she asked for what item it was. I told her the item # to make things easier and she was really rude and said “NO that’s not what I asked, what item is it?”Their inventory system is really off and not up to date at all, and the lady on the phone made it seem like it was MY fault for their inventory being off.

Some of the rudest employees.Called to see if an item was in stock as it showed 4 in stock online, first person who answered was very nice, asked for the item number, then put me on hold.The lady who picked up the transferred call was extremely rude, firstly asking “Hello? What do you want?” She interrupted us numerous times with statements such as “No. I didn’t ask for the item number, I asked what IS the item.” The previous employee asked for the item number, so I thought I was being helpful.After she checked, she told us that the item was not in stock and to not trust the website because a customer even came in the previous day looking for the same item saying the site showed it in stock.I suggested maybe they should update their inventory if multiple people have tried to buy it. She then told me “listen, when customers say things to us, it goes in one ear and out the other. We only work here.”So strange? I’ve worked retail jobs in the past, and inventory count has always been a part of the job. Sure stores only do inventory counts maybe 2x a year, but the last comment she made was completely unnecessary.
