I have had the pleasure of having 2 sessions of Body Talk with Lauren. These sessions offered me an experience that validation, intrigue and comfort. After both sessions I immediately felt grounded with a clear focus regarding the questions had going into the sessions.Lauren is an extremely talented and intuitive woman with a gentle and powerful way of helping people,I highly recommend taking this opportunity for selfcare.

Absolutely love what this woman does! Lauren is amazing and I really enjoy the long distance Body Talk sessions so I can listen to them whenever I need a refresher:). Her ability to communicate not just through Body Talk but with the Human Design readings as well, I instantly felt lighter and a huge sense of relief! The words, 'holy hell! Im not wrong for being this way!? ' came out of my mouth after listening to my HD session lolafter years of getting so frustrated when I just couldn't seem to change something melted away and I can't wait to see what life will be like now! Thank you so much Lauren!!
