I am a landlord and own few properties in Greater Toronto Area. Since I was looking for someone reliable, trustworthy and license, I hired Mohammad of JH Property Services Ltd. to do a major reno of my two bathrooms in the basement of one of my rental properties. Not only he showed professionalism during the course of this project, but he also did such an extraordinary job of renovating my bathrooms. Needless to say, I will definitely hire Mohammad in all of my reno projects and surely recommend JH Property Services Ltd. to everyone!

Just like everybody else we had an issue with our previous contractor. They left us in so much mess so we decided to contact JH Property Services Ltd since they have very good reviews and are licensed contractor. This couple came (Mohammad and Vivien) and that day was the best decision my wife and I made. They communicated and explained everything in details from start to finish. Mohammad was hands-on and delivered what we expected from him. Now our bathroom becomes a million dollar bathoom. We highly recommend Mohammad and his team!!!

My wife and I were reluctant in the beginning to renovate our kitchen since we heard a lot of horror stories about the contractor so we decided to call out 6 contractors and narrow it down to 3. We based our choices on the reviews and personality how well he know the business. Out of 3 contractors, we found Mohammad very knowledgeable and experienced. We gave him all our ideas/thoughts how we wanted our kitchen would be and within the time frame, he made our cottage style kitchen into a gorgeous classic kitchen yet on trend. Mohammad is unbelievably skilled and talented so we highly recommend him and contact him again in the future!

I contracted JH Property Services to completely renovate my kitchen and bathroom. I had a lot of ideas, but Mohammad and Vivien made it very simple for me by demonstrating their skill and professionalism. They've been extremely patient and helpful, offering advice, keeping the lines of communication open at all times, and showing me samples. Overall, I am really pleased and satisfied with the results of my kitchen and bathroom renovations, and I have nothing but praise for Mohammad's work for a job well done.
