Every single time I have ever gone here they are always sold out of Pabst Blue Ribbon in the six pack.Not once not twice but over a dozen times now.I’m not waisting my time going to Urban cellar for a specific beer and every time they are sold out.

Weak customer service!I forgot to take my mask! I respected the rules and others, so I did not enter the store! And I asked for a mask in front of the store! The guy came out with a bunch of masks and did not give me one to enter the store ! He asked me to come back to my care and take my mask while I told him I had parked my car far from the store!Disrespectful !!!The question here is, which one has more value for this store, their customer or a mask!

Always friendly! Nice prices and the selection is amazing. The staff know their stuff and have never steered us wrong on finding the perfect wine! Keep up the great work. It's fantastic you're in the neighbourhood.

Requested a refund for a product I just purchased at the till and realized it was the wrong item. Sales clerk rolls her eyes at me and complains she'll have to get the manager to approve it and is it really worth it for all that trouble. She was extremely rude. There were no other customers around (which is typical in this location) so absolutely no need for the attitude. I guess I'll take my business elsewhere as there is lots of better choices out there..........and it appears many consumers have determined that as well as there are typically more staff in the store than customers.........I think I know why.

Horrible service. I was trying to find ice wine and couldn't find a yone to ask, I asked the cashier and was told it was in the chilled wine section. I went back and looked very thoroughly and didn't find any. When I went back to the cashier she said well it's near there.While I was in the store a man was trying to buy cigars and there was no one available to help him. We mentioned that to the cashier as well hoping one of us would be able to get help. The person working the cigar counter was on break for 30 minutes and no one else would be able to assist.I'd say, take your business elsewhere!

I went in there, fully vaccinated and masked. They refused me entry because I hadn't made it 14 days past my 2nd vaccination yet. The manager here acts friendly but he's brain-dead. Not how you treat people.

This store is disappointing let alone how they treat costumers especially asian customers. I went in with my friend to buy 2 bottles of wine, the lady at the cashier asked for my id and i showed it to her. Im already 33 years old. But she wont sell me any not unless my other friend just holding the bottle for me will show his id too which at the time he forgot in his bag. If I was with my white boyfriend, i would not be asked for ID. How stupid and inconvenient is this.

I really liked the vast selection of wines they have at Urban Cellers. There is an excellent collection of Canadian Wines that pretty much hits every taste and budget. It does not hurt that the staff is awesome!
