My wife and I applied for Hajj 2022. Br Ahmed and Sr Yasmeena were so polite and gave us all the information we needed. Eventually hajj 2022 didn't work out due to Saudi visa issues. So we completed the cancellation form.It took nearly 1 month to get our deposit back but largely because there is a large volume of refund requests. If anyone is waiting for their refund, just be patient.

Horrible customer service regarding Hajj post COVID. Put a deposit down in 2020 before the shutdown, and every year since they have been posting new packages for Hajj, taking deposits and then no information about who is going for Hajj and when. Calling them and e-mailing on a weekly basis and no answers. Do NOT recommend.

We had Umrah trip with Falcon Travel in December 2022. The organization was perfect in terms of flight selection, hotel accommodation, mazarat tours and the whole program. We had Sheikh Riad as our group leader who did an excellent job. He was so friendly and a very good company and always made us smile. At the same time, he made the Umrah and Mazarat experience a very spiritual one and made all of us tear.My only suggestion is to make the transportation from Mankah to Madinah via train not bus. I know the bus gives a lot of chance for interactive lectures and spiritual talks with questions and answers. However, this can be reserved for short Mazarat tours in the bus or short distance trip like Jeddah to Makkah. But, for longer trips why take 6+ hours in the bus from Madinah to Makkah when you can do the same distance in 2 hours in the train.Just a suggestion.

Excellent service from start to finish. Falcon Travel is very professional and organized. Also Shiekh Riad provided excellent religious guidance. He was knowledgeable, punctual and has a great sense of humor. Thank you Falcon Travel for provided us with an unforgettable Umrah trip.

Our 2019 Hajj experience was way better than our expectation. All the services promised by Falcon were delivered in my opinion. Services were top notch. For me standout was involvement of Falcon executives at every step of the way to explain Hajjis concerns and anxieties. This is on top of excellent management by group and religious leaders. Every change of plan was accompanies by solid reason of why, which made acceptance easier. For me two incidences were truly outstanding first how our group leaders manage the group at Arafat and Muzdalfa stations making sure we went inside the train as a group which meant making train dispatchers angry but they did'nt care. I am not aware of any instance where any group member was lost. Second one was the rain in Mina. There was widespread flooding in our tents. Brother Al Khoully himself managed the situation to remove water from the tent roofs, get rid of soaking carpets and installed new carpets. That was an amazing example of a disaster situation turned into a very acceptable one. Bravo to the whole falcon team.Falcon team was very clear with Hajjis on what can be done and what cannot be. For example lots of Hajjis including me were asking for direction to Jabal e Rahmat in Arafat. We were told clearly directions will not be given as Hajjis go out of compound and get lost and waste precious time during Hajj trying to get back. Please continue to be firm as it helps the Hajjis as they don't know better. My only improvement request would be to allow one hand carry item to Mina instead of a Falcon provided backpack. Hand carry allow pushing instead of carrying which helps tremendously in airports. Also in order to get to the bottom of backpack you need to remove everything from the backpack. A lot of wasted time.Special thanks to all the Sheikhs for their guidance and special one for Sheikh Riad Ouarzazi for making our Hajj memorable. Please accept our deepest thanks for making our journey a blessed one. May Allah make Falcon even better for next set of Hajjis.Regards,Syed Ameen Shere and Naureen Ameen

My family and I just came back from a Umrah trip with Falcon Travel. It was an outstanding experience. The pre trip planning was smooth. Everyone was super helpful and friendly. The staff on the ground in Makkah and Madina were extreamly helfull. They care about each and every person in the group. They were always there with us in every step. Always smiling. Always helpful.

Br. Ahmed and sister Yasmeen thank you for your hard work. I applied for hajj via Falcon for my parents in 2022. The process was efficient until Saudi changed the policies. I received my full refund in efficient time. Thank you for trying and ʾIn shāʾa llāh we will do business in the near future!

We are writing an honest review of our recent umrah experience with Falcon Travel. This company delivered a very disappointing program, and we are genuinely very surprised by the number of people providing positive ratings about this agency. Our first issue started when we were booked to fly with EgyptAir, which was a very nauseating experience to say the least. The miserable workers were ill-mannered, the run-down airport was repulsive, and the abysmal plane was in need of repair. We were scheduled to layover in Egypt before moving onto KSA and of course, the plane was delayed for three hours before we could arrive at our destination. When we finally made it into the country, our appointed guide left us alone for many days on end to plan our own activities for the majority of the trip. This aspect was extremely disappointing as we were hoping to have many sight-seeing activities to do during the program, yet we were expected to somehow know what places to go to and how to arrange the transportation to go there. For someone who is already accustomed to the area, this kind of arrangement might have worked, but for others like us who were not necessarily aware of everything the cities had to offer, this type of scheduling made us spend more time trying to google places to go to rather than enjoying the cities we were visiting. If we had known this was the type of service they were going to offer, we would have much rather booked our own tickets and hotels than be treated like an afterthought by a bunch of business sharks. The guide himself also played his role poorly in giving any sort of religious guidance about the pilgrimage. Throughout the entire ten-day trip, he scheduled five group activities, two of which were bus tours and the rest being either a short seminar or the pilgrimage itself. We were expecting to have a detailed explanation of all the different parts to perform for umrah, but instead, it seemed like the guide was more focused on explaining the logistics rather than the actual religious acts included in the pilgrimage. It would have been helpful if we could have received a book or document of some sort that outlined all of the voluntary and obligatory acts to perform. As well, the tours he took us on seemed rushed and superficial. We didn’t stop by at many places and instead either passed by them on the bus or were told to make our own arrangements if we wanted to visit other places. If there was one thing that this guide did well, it was being able to put on a good show when in front of the crowd; however, when the lights were turned off, and he was no longer on stage, he would be one of the first to ignore your salams if you ever walked passed him on the street. There were also many instances where we felt disrespected by him due to the many microagressions he would casually throw around. His religious knowledge was also questionable in many places (e.g., he claims not to follow any math-hab, yet he would give his answers based on the Hanbali school). He also mentioned that the brothers would visit the graveyard in Medina, yet of course, they never did. Maybe he was busy as he had other groups to manage, but the least he could have done was follow through on the promises that he would make. There were a few positive points about this agency. The admin usually answered your emails quickly, and we were able to get to and from the different places, mainly to the airports and the hotels, smoothly without losing any of our luggage. However, the package was advertised as females getting a free gift, but of course, we didn’t get anything. We also did not receive any accommodation in Jeddah (the only time we visited was near the end when we went the airport to go home). In general, the itinerary for the trip seemed very last minute and hastily put together. This type of program would probably not be ideal for people going alone and who are looking to experience the trip with other people as most of the time you will be expected to do things on your own. Overall, would not recommend this agency or guide.
