This was the first time I went to a tailor and I was nervous that it wouldnt work out. My suit fit perfectly after and looked great. I didn't give them much time either and I got it back very quickly. I will be back for sure.

I stood outside for a couple of minutes to see if anyone would let me in. They let in other customers and completely ignored that I was even there. Do NOT come here for anything. I took a look inside and the shop is very cluttered and completely filthy. The woman who answered the door to let the other customers in was incredibly rude. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

They have terrible hours! I stopped by 4 times during the day and always closed. Mornings, closed. Lunch time, closed. All of January, closed. Weekends, closed. Purchased pants with a free hem included and ended up taking them to the mall and paying to have then done.

I’ve always had a great experience getting my clothes altered here. She has always been very helpful, quick service/turnaround, and quality work. I’ve had zippers fixed/replaced, tank top straps altered to fit better, seams mended, patches added, and the quality of work has always been fantastic. I will continue to bring my clothes here!

Was not willing to help me at all, with an alteration project that I had in mind.Change rooms were small and only had a sheet to cover each stall. It was so embarrassing as a female when multiple male customers were coming in and out.I also observed during interactions with said male customers that the prices are quite expensive.These are only my personal experiences but I was so unimpressed with the attitude and atmosphere & didn’t get the services I was looking for either :(

Took a uniform in for 5 small to medium badges to be sewn into the sleeves. She had it done in 24 hours, but sadly, the badges were on the wrong arms and one was really off centre and so crooked. For $40, I was extremely disappointed to say the least!
