Honestly, they have the clips on the handle, so you don't have to stand right there, freezing your hands off.

I got gas here for my Acura, but it was my soul that was refueled.After the purchase of my gas, I went in the store to acquire a couple of drinks. Alas! They didn't have the Rockstars I wanted. I was devastated, both physically and emotionally. As I walked back to my vehicle, empty handed, confused, and with my ever growing thirst I could not understand how this could happen. I mean you hear the stories but you never think it will be you that it happens too. I was forced sit and wonder what kind of world we are leaving for our children and just what kind of monster I have become. Was this my own doing? Had I created this reality through my own actions and negligence?This was the starting point to what would, in turn, take me through the darkest parts of the human psyche. As the days and weeks became months and years I would glimpse the immoral nature that permeates the soul of man. The animalistic & primal yearnings, the desires and urges they over took me... As this progressed I was forced to come to grips with my own inhumanity and to really reassess my choices and the decisions that had brought me to this place in time and space.Was I to blame....No I am only playing. I just went to another store and bought what I wanted.

The numbers were all worn off on the pump pin pad and without knowing the configuration my card was disabled because I got the pin wrong too many times. Very frustrating, equipment is sub-standard and not maintained.

I really liked the service at this place & it was clean the staff were very helpful. overall this business will continue to have my business

Good Shell gas station ⛽️ that is easily accessible and has lots of gas pumps. Filled up my vehicle with gas with no problems. I like Shell and use it as the main gas station ⛽️ and the fact that they offer Air Miles.

Recently ordered some items through uber eats, i had to call the store to find out why my items were missing- it was because they were out of stock but nobody told me without me digging into it. Otherwise this location is generally crawling with transients on their property, i wouldnt even dare to check how their washrooms are any more- they could be perfect- i dont know if they let the transients use the washrooms or not, but in general the store is normally well stocked and the staff are friendly when ive went in there before.

It was weird that they refunded their pre-auth in cash when paying for fuel.Also it was weird that the bathrooms were separate from the store building, but they were fairly clean.

Called to ask diesel price. Said he can't tell me on the phone. All other Shells in Merritt and Hope had no problem telling me. They're 13 cents/ Litre more than other kamloops shell. Weird.

The guy wouldn’t let me use the washrooms after fuelling up. Told me to go to another gas station ¯\_(ツ)_/¯.
