Nous avons appelé au bureau avant d'aller faire notre dépôt de documents car nous avions des spécifications pour notre dossier. Il nous on dit qu'il n'y avait pas de problème, mais quelques jours plus tard ils nous on dit tous le contraire, chose qui aurait fait que nous aurions choisi une autre option pour faire nos impôts. Lorsque nous avons fait notre dépôt, le prix étudiant était 50$, mais lorsqu'il mon envoyer la facture elle était +250$ car selon eu j'était un étudiant complexe" ce qui est tout a fait faux car je n'ai jamais eu ce problème avec d'autre compagnie ou programme d'impôt. Cette information ne mon jamais été transmise avant la dernière minute où je devais payé. Très déçu du services en tant que étudiante."

Really not profesional/organized!!! I felt like he didnt know what he was doing and also felt like he was laughing at me. I should of got the student discout but didnt get it, he told me that he couldnt change the numbers. I will not be returning anytime soon. Go somewheres else!!!!
