Highly recommend talking to Kristine Neps when looking for a vehicle. I just purchased my second vehicle with Kristine's help and she made everything go so smooth. She always kept me in the loop during the process so I always knew what was going on. If I had any questions she was always readily available. I would really like to appreciate Toronto Auto Group of Company for helping me buy my 1st car in Canada. Kia Sorento LX 2017. Though it was an used car and there was a problem with locking & unlocking system the efficient employees Mr. Ali, Ms. Liz and Ms. Parmis took the personal efforts and came up with dynamic ideas to sort the problem immediately and resolved the issue just in a day. They took care of the car like it's their own and helped to fix the problem.I really appreciate their efforts and highly recommend buying your Car from Toronto Auto Group because of great Customer service and support.

I was happy at first when my jeep showed up. Less then a week later I started noticing that it can an alignment issue. They paid to fix that part but they refused to replace the new tires that where destroyed in the week of driving I had to do while waiting for the shop appointment. This was not the only issue I found on my jeep such as loss lug nuts amd they sent a drive 3.5 hours in it. The sale Manger was decent to deal with until I started having problems now he won't text or call me back

The experience was the most painless experience I’ve had buying a vehicle. They got my car appraised on the spot, told me what to expect in payments, got an A lender, detailed and delivered the car and collected my old car too. Adam Baskie is who I interacted with and he was responsive, helpful and transparent. These guys are the real deal, no scams here. Will highly recommend.

I came to so many dealerships, tried so many dodge caravans and dodge journeys and wishing time will come and I will have my dream car Ford explorer" when my credit gets better. But this company which Their Finance VICTOR and sale representative KIM made my dream come true. I am currently driving my dream car. FORD EXPLORER XLT. My credit is not so well but I got a fair rates from them under TD loan. Thanks alot Victor and Kim. You guys are the best."

Professional Liers.The sales people lie to get you financed. They got me certified amount about 700 !!!!! but after just a week, I have many problem with engine. Also, they put in front of me the paper of contract with the price of the car, after 1 hour they put the contract for signing and I did not read it because I think it is the previous one and signed but at night I considered that they added the price of my car 1000 dollar more. I am so upset as a newcomer who gains money very difficult. I can not trust them at all. I hate this center. It should have never passed a safety. They're crooks! Stay away from this place!

My parents, who are retired seniors was asked to put a $3000 deposit with Toronto Auto Group for their assistance to find a car suitable for their needs. However for the past few months the Sales Rep has not been able to find us a safe and reliable car. Every car that was presented either had extensive damage, accident repairs and always came from outside of Ontario. Our mechanic even did a pre purchase inspection and advised against all the cars we showed him.May parents told our sales rep that they have a 25K budget and wanted an Ontario vehicle that was not involved in an accident. After several weeks of searching our sales rep advised them that it was impossible to find a vehicle that meets those requirements. Having not met their obligations I believe that my parents are entitled to a refund of the deposit but the sales rep said that they cannot have it back and that keeping the deposit was legal. We did not sign any contract with them so not sure how this is legal or even permitted considering that they told us that they cannot find a car for us. The sales rep also suggest that we purchase a car within 1 week or the deal was off and they keep the money.After reading many online reviews, this issue appears to be very common amongst their customers and we no longer want to do business with Toronto Auto Group.We will be filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) for the poor business practice, the misrepresentation of your service and abuse/pressures put of my senior parents.

I have giving bad reviews but I this I can't avoid.I didn't had a good experience with them. I initially thought I had. I bought a car from them around 1 year back. A month after buying the car, the AC stopped working. I took it to them and they said they replaced the Compressor. But after around 2 months, it stopped working again. They sent me to another shop and they fixed it twice and I ended up paying around $500 total. Then after 2 months, the exhaust pipe broke during driving. When I took to them, they again sent me to another shop, costing me $320.Around 6 months after purchase, the check engine light turned on. When I took it to them, they said it is not covered under warranty. They somehow want to sell the car and no quality is offeredTheir customer service is very bad. They don't respect the appointments. Even if we have an appointment, when we go there they say that technician is not available or went outside and ask to come back.Don't get fooled by the sweet words of the salesmen when you go to purchase. You won't get the sweetness when you go to fix an issue with the car
