The BSV team were great! This includes the estimator, the office staff, and the work crew. BSV installed an interior perimeter drain in our basement. The job was completed as discussed, on time, and on budget. The work crew took time everyday to review the work and any challenges that arose. They also made exceptions where requested (i.e., divert around load bearing walls). They were polite, worked hard, and minimized the dust/mess a job like this creates. They did a good job cleaning up before leaving. It is still a dusty job and I would recommend covering any electronics and air vents prior to starting. You can also expect to wipe the walls down and mop the floors afterwards to remove any remaining dust which is no big deal. This job was not as disruptive as I was expecting. It is best to be out of the house while they are breaking the concrete though. Attached are photos of a section before, during, and after the work.

January 6, 2021 after a large snow fall and an atmospheric river, the basement floors were flooded. What to do? My wife, son and I spent the next 8 hours operating 3 wet/dry vacuums getting the errant water from the floors. The drainage tile around our 65 year old wee palace was done! What to do? Where to go? A couple of firms came out to provide estimates for a never to fail drainage system requiring/suggesting that we leave the house for 1 - 2 months and leave behind $70K - $90K as a starting position....good bye retirement and back to the salt mines. THEN came Basementy with promise of a continued retirement and a grand total of only 5 days of very slight inconvenience. Too good to be true?? Well let me tell you, we gambled and we WON.They came, the saw, they worked for 5. Days, they cleaned up and best of all IT WORKS AS PROMISED and best of all I can afford to stay retired! The snow this December, the melting rains were easily conquered by the BSV system.Highest marks given, from the ownership to the sales staff to the tireless workers to the quality control program......it was seamless and are we ever glad we gambled with BSV!
