Porcelanosa Calgary

Absolutely terrible service! We bought multiple items from here over the years, including a very high-end shower, toilets, and tiles. The fittings on the fancy shower broke on the first use. When I called the store to inquiry about warranty or replacement, they took my contact details and told me they would look into it. I never heard back from them and was left chasing them down - but to no avail! They offered nothing in return - no replace parts, no money back, not even a courtesy phone call. Super disappointed after having shelled out thousands of dollars at this store. Avoid them like the plague!

Just a gorgeous selection of modern, designer tiles. Love, love, love!! Will be back for our next project. 5 stars :)

Very good product and reasonable price for the quality.

Do not purchase from this company. Your tiles will come with wax on every single piece and it will take hours to remove after installation and before grouting.Tile is fine until you have to use sharp blades/olfa knifes to remove all wax from surface most likely risking scraching all of them...

I would have loved to give a 5 start review, because the product, although quite high end is absolutely beautiful and very unique. Unfortunately, the customer service was some of the worst that I experienced with any of the companies that my husband and I worked with or purchased products from in our custom home renovation. I am not sure if this was just the specific salesperson we were dealing with or if this is the attitude of Porcelanosa as a whole.Our experience was fine when we first went into the store, the staff were friendly and showed us around. When we tried to call to place the order, the salesperson that we were dealing with did not return any of our phone calls or emails to place the order - we had to send several emails and phone calls just for someone to make the order. This was absurd to me, as it felt like the attitude was that they didn't want/need our business and we were forcing them to take our money. Unfortunately I had my heart set on the tile that we had picked out, otherwise we would have gone elsewhere. Once we finally could get the salesperson to place our order, she did not email the invoice as she promised to. Instead, we had to call and email to request the invoice 4 times over the couple of months while we were waiting for our special order to come in. The 4th time that I requested it, I actually had our salesperson email it to me while I was on the phone, so that I could ensure it was done. The special order was late coming in, and any inquiries I made to our salesperson as to the status were ignored. When it finally did come in, I did not receive a phone call as promised, instead I was the one who had to call the main line (of course our salesperson would not answer phone calls or emails) for someone to check if it was in. I have received better customer service at Home Depot, than with Porcelanosa in Calgary.

I had a great experience with this company and would highly recommend them. I needed one box of a particular tile that was very difficult to find. They went out of their way to help and arrange transport of the tile from Vancouver to Calgary and up to Edmonton for me. I was treated with as much attention as someone with a large order would receive. Thank you Angela and Julie especially.Christine

Love the tile selection. The displays are very nice, staff always super helpful. Best tiles in town I would say, if you plan your project and give enough lead time to bring your order in. I would highly recommend this showroom.

Zanele is a rock star..I went in there with measurements and a video of a1985 bath that is upcoming..She helped me walk through the options for design,then did amounts,and did it all! She is a gold mine for splurges and saves.Thank you ,thank you and easy is all I can say.I could not be happier with her attention to detail.

We have worked with Zanele from Porcelanosa for several years now. Our experience has always been excellent — we will continue to use Porcelanosa as a great resource for many of our custom homes projects.

Purchase items for a renovation over two years ago. They advised me of the parts I needed. It was a wand, shower head and faucet. During installation the wand could not be installed. So I did not use it. Turns out they sold me the wrong part so it could not be installed and upon return, they wanted a 20% restocking fee. Smart person at the desk figured it out and did not charge me that fee. I get my money back.Because of that error, even if they gave me the right part after, my renos were done. The plumber had other jobs to do. Not going to tear it apart so it can be redone.Next issue, having issues with a faucet, and call them. They say the part is $75 plus shipping. 6 week wait.Call a dealer in the US - the ship it to me for free. In 4 days. It's under warranty.My records are on file, the Calgary location could have easily done the same thing. Skip this place.
