My family and myself are forever grateful for Mr. Yao Sen Yang’s assistant through the process of taking care of my beloved Father’s funeral. Mr Yang was exceptionally professional, empathetic and proficient. He also was very respectful and responsive to all the questions that I have had. Mr. Yang was supportive to not only the services he had but also additional resources available. Also, Mr. Benjamin Chan was another great help at the Richmond Funeral Home. Richmond Funeral Home staff is more than staff....they ARE family! From Christa to Jared to Terry to Erin and Erin to Larry. They took the time to listen and accommodate my wishes. Both of my parents passed away in 2020, 11 weeks apart. My funeral advisor both times, Christa, treated each service as unique and personalized to match my requests. There is no cookie cutter approach here. I feel so good about both Mom and Dad's send off as they were very special. Thank you for all your support when I needed it so much.

We saw my mother off at Richmond Funeral Home, where the environment and service were excellent. The layout of the waiting room, mother’s makeup,and the considerate service throughtout made her funeral go smoothly, which was a great comfort to us in our sorrow!Our host, Mr Yaosen Yang, especially moved us. He was proficient in business, not only familiar with Canadian procedures and regulations, but also deeply aware of Chinese funeral customs. He gave us a lot of helpful suggestions based on my mother’s occupation and living habits.

Larry and his staff were outstanding. They were there for us at every turn. They helped ease the pain of the tragic death of our son into a wonderful celebration of his life. They took our pictures, videos and memorabilia and crafted it into a wonderful tribute to Curtis for the day. My father passed away in early May. Family was shocked during the time. I left message in few places and want to get help to get things sort out. Mr. Yaosen Yang is the first person reach out me, specially who can speak same language with me in this different time. His experience and professional made things clear and easy to us，plus great help and recommendations.Within a week，we are able to sort out things and had the ceremony. The room is great and Yang and his college provide excellent services.I would like to thanks Mr. Yaosen Yang for his professional, trustful and effective service. Also thanks Richmond Funeral Home.
