It's okay..friendly staff Didn't buy anything though

Good for what it is. I find the sales people are a little too pushy though.When you walk in they'll almost immediately ask if you are finding what you need but it should be obvious that you are going to need time to smell the candles and decide so I wish they'd wait more than 30 seconds to interrupt.

The store is bright and open, I went on the Canada day weekend because I saw online that there are sales on lots of different items, however when I tried to buy online, an error msg kept popping out. So I decided to go into the physical store.The store was relatively empty, the store associates were nice but not pressuring which I liked. I would say that the store does not have a huge selection, especially not all of the sale items online were in the store. However I did find some other items which were on sale that are not online. So overall it was a win to get there during holidays! :)

Ordered a box full of items including multiple air freshener cartridges. The first shipment came soiled in oil and the one unit was completely drained, causing it to stain my condo carpet. The smell was so intense, I had to vigorously clean it and apologize to all my neighbors. After I provided pictures and a statement, the only thing they offered me was a replacement product but no refund or credit for the damage and trouble.When the replacement arrived, the exact same thing happened. The box was covered in oil and I had to throw the entire thing out. My work jacket is now stained and I have to finish my shift smelling like a mall exploded. They offered me $17.00 which won't even cover the cleaning products needed to clean all areas... Won't be ordering again, very disappointed as I've been a loyal customer for a long time. With plenty of competition, I expected a lot more support. LAME!

Bath & Body Works is amazing, I went with my friend. The guy at the till, was soo nice. He pointed us to the hand sanitizers that didn't cost that much and we got them. He is an amazing guy, can't wait to go back.✨

The people that work here are the best! I get the best service every single time and the staff always greets you and makes you feel so welcome! They are also super interactive with the customers and are very helpful and funny. My favorite store ever!

Love the variety of items available in many colors. Excellent customer service! I really love the selection of fragrant candles that I bought and use daily. Good quality of products. Store is clean and atmosphere calming.

Sales person Emma needs to learn friendliness and politeness. Her rude manner is a huge turn off. Willing to rip customers off and not even apologize. Shameful !!

Must shop the sales. Usually amazing ones going on. Otherwise items are quite pricey. Smells amazing.

Michael is seriously the best. I make sure to only shop when he is in because he’s so fun and energetic and genuine. He’s helped me find products SO fast so I didn’t have to spend hours looking around. He’s knowledgable and a genuine nice person. Any company would be lucky to have him as an employee. Everyone else is also super super awesome and they all have such great advice but Michael makes you feel like it’s only you he’s helping. This location rocks.
