Mike and Kerri were extremely prompt, professional and efficient with all responses surrounding the family trip we booked through Escape Route Travel. They helped make recommendations on where to stay, eat and play. There was no detail overlooked and we felt like our family was in great hands with them!!

Very disappointed with the lack of communication from Kerri and Michael. I started asking them for pricing 2 months ago. Although all of my clients are getting my emails, they insisted that they didn't receive my emails. I expressed some frustration and was told my Michael that I gave them a lecture. As soon as things went sour, all of a sudden they were getting all of my emails, and were writing back immediately. Kerri is someone who feels a need to have the last word. Well here it is! They have blocked reviews on their Facebook page too, indicating that people are leaving bad reviews there too! Horrible. Horrible. They should be ashamed of themselves - so unprofessional.
