My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Paul as a realtor this fall. Being an out of town buyer in an extremely hot market had its challenges. Paul was proactive in searching out any listings that met our criteria. Being a first time buyer was made easy as Paul meticulously guided us through the process.When we found the perfect home it had a glitch that required professional opinions from tradespeople. Paul was hands on in coordinating these professionals in viewing the issue PRIOR to the home inspection. We worked with Paul over the past 18 months looking at various options that would fit our family's needs. Paul's agency has a  professional photographer for photos/videos, which clearly makes a difference in having a topnotch listing.  Our condo unit sold within a few days of listing.  We had a very tight timeline in finding another place. Paul assured us not to worry and we had plenty of time. Within a few days of looking at every property that fit our criteria, we found a new condo unit. He also provided excellent recommendations for the services of a broker, lawyer, insurance agent, and accountant, which made the process much easier. Paul is very professional, hardworking, reliable, organized, thorough, and extremely kind. Working with him on both the sale and purchase of our homes was a pleasure. Paul was a first class agent with us. He took all the needs and wants for our first home purchase into focus when helping us and never pushed us to do something we weren't ok with. In such a crazy market he stood by us to get inspections done regardless to help us protect such a serious decision (thank God he did as some of the places looked great but it was another story) I would highly recommend Paul to anyone looking for a new home as he truly has a human touch when dealing with you and always puts your interests ahead of his own.
