While I haven't had experiences living at Belvedere Suites...yet... I just got a place here and the application process was incredibly welcoming. It was well-supported by Alessia Macchioni! She was amazing at clarifying all the questions I had, and offered a lot of insights on the building itself and the wonderful community around it! What's more is that she elucidated on key aspects that I was looking for and helped along the application process, side-by-side, by responding to emails promptly, offering explanations in-detail, and being incredibly patient and kind! I can't wait to move in!

I had an appartment inspection today. Leon was friendly and courteous. I had a small issue with a hinge on a bedroom door being loose. Instead of delaying it for another day, Leon took care of the issue right away. I really appreciate the extra effort to fix the issue in the moment. It definitely made the whole process quick and easy! Thank you so much!

Leon is very helpful and always fixes the issues reported right away and is very responsive in case of emergencies .
