White Cabs - Spruce Grove Taxi & Stony plain Taxi

Called them for as taxi a soon as possible, I was told 20min. 1hour later, I call back, I get told 20 more mins. After an hour and a half of waiting, I called another cab service. These guys don't want your money, spare yourself the trouble and call somewhere else.

Drivers are nice but the dispatch staff is atrocious. Constantly lying about when the cab will arrive and then they hang up on you when you complain after waiting for over 50minutes. Keep in mind I booked HOURS in advance! Pathetic liars.I have only had 2 cabs arrive on time and I've booked with them over 30 times. I only went with them because at least the drivers were okay compared to Grove Taxi, but at this point I'm convinced there is not a single good taxi company here in Spruce.

Very reliable and helpful business. I have a disability, and the drivers did a great job of assisting me in getting in and out of the car.The price was quite affordable, and they have a great app that lets you order online and know where your cab is as well as the driver's contact information.

Great, prompt service from a trustworthy group.I'd advise hiring this cab service.The entire crew should be commended for making the experience pleasurable. Maintain your dedicated efforts to instill a sense of worth in every consumer.

Edit 2: Since my previous edit, and looking at my bank account, I have found a THIRD Charge from them.Service used to be really good, although lately? Service has been lacking. My recent experiences include d1. Calling Cab for my Girfriend, and the driver then asking her myPhone number, and being weird with her. When calling to complain, was told owner would call us back, never received a call back from owner. Honestly seems like he just doesn’t care.2. Nothing but late, 30-60 minutes later than being told every time!3. The driver drives like he had nothing to live Ford speeding, no seatbelt, and just overall lack of caring.4. Driver double charged me, saying the price I paid through their app was an incorrect amount.Will most likely not use this company in the future.Edit: Received Multiple calls from company today while at work. Called back when I was available to, and was told that they didn’t know about a call.Edit 2: Since my previous edit, and looking at my bank account, I have found a THIRD Charge from them.Edit 3: have attempted to get ahold of the owner, as well sad been told multiple times that this situation would be handled by end of that day. Nothing has been resolved. Owner says to “call and talk” however is never available.

Last night was my first time using this cab service. Very good service was rendered. Very reliable, kind, and affordable driver. I should also say that one of my friends left his wallet in the taxi after dropping it. The taxi driver honked his horn to draw our attention as we exited, and we quickly collected the wallet. Such a star. 5-star rating well-deserved

The drivers were professional, courteous, and displayed excellent knowledge of the local area. They were punctual and consistently arrived on time, allowing for stress-free travel planning. Their friendly demeanor and willingness to accommodate specific requests or preferences made the overall experience even more enjoyable.

Used this as last resort twice. Once made me half hour late, the other i was told a 10min wait time, never showed up and had to call a completely different service. Never felt comfortable w the driver and honestly would rather walk than use these guys

recently I was book the cab from hotel to my home, and and I must say, the experience was absolutely outstanding. From start to finish, their commitment to providing excellent transportation services was evident

We had a good experience Although we had to wait initially as our driver was stuck in traffic, the rest of the journey went very smoothly. The car had plenty of space for all our bags (2 large suitcases, 2 hand luggage bags), and was comfortable. Our driver was friendly and took us on a nice scenic route instead of the motorway, without adding any additional driving time. Our driver helped to put our luggage into the car and was a very safe driver. I would recommend this company.
