The staff is very knowledgeable in their equipment and products, I learn something new every time I see them. Super friendly people and I don't see much price difference compared to other local hydroponic/grow stores. Would recommend.

We were new growers looking for a complete indoor set up with decent starting equipment and we knew very little of what was required to grow in a sealed unit unside. Luckily for us, Chris & Dave genuinely know their stuff and they were more than on" the first time we met them. Really friendly

In my opinion this is the best place to go for any of your gardening needs. They have everything you will need for indoor or outdoor gardening. The staff is always extremely helpful and have a vast knowledge of what products will help you to get your best yield on tomatoes or any other type of plant. They also have a candy bucket in case you need something to smile about.

We absolutely love working with the fantastic staff at PNW Garden Supply Kelowna. They are all friendly, knowledgeable and they sell good quality products. Can't recommend them enough! They absolutely go above and beyond for their customers, well worth the drive for us (2.5 hours away).

This is a GREAT store and the staff is KILLER awsome!! Dave is the real deal and helped our team out in a pinch! We historically worked with the PNW team out of Nelson, who is AMAZING as well but it seems no matter the location, PNW has a consistent track record of the BEST customer service!!
