Tim and Tiago was great help and assisted us in finding exactly what we need. Definitely one of the best dispensaries I’ve been to in Toronto

Probably my favourite dispensary in Toronto,Best prices for eighths, there’s a Tokyo smoke 5 min away that’ll have the same thing for $5 more. Even though some employees are young, they always help out and give their inputs.

Absolutely love the service. If you go down there please ask for Tim and Tiago, by far the best service providers at Plug.

I usually don't bother to leave reviews for places I go, but I can't stop thinking about this situation.I was there a few days ago and the lady (I was told later that she was the manager) was extremely rude and dismissive of my questions. I don't expect the best customer service all the time since everyone has off days, but she made me very uncomfortable to be in the store.After sharing my experience with my friends, I learned some very unfortunate news about how the store is run and how the owner treats their employees. I don't want to get anyone working there now in trouble, but I highly recommend people stay away from Plug locations if they can. There are plenty of other weed stores downtown that (hopefully) don't have these sorts of issues...

I'm always treated kindly, quickly and have had staff interact to best suit my needs.And President Trump , Queen Elisabeth II & Little Rocket Man blowing smoke together is one of my favourite pieces of art hahaI'm heading to Plug now.

I've been going here for a year as I don't live too far, and every time, I'm never surprised to see the highest prices I've seen in any cannabis store in ontario. Seriously, CannaCabana literally sells almost everything the plug has for half the price. Some of the staff are always distracted talking to each other or on their phones. The only thing thing good about this store is the interior but it's not worth the price you're buying for.

This is my favourite dispensary in Toronto! Always amazing customer service and recommendations from the staff. Special thank to Tim.
