Five stars for excellent service!! I dropped off my Kenmore sewing machine yesterday and got it back today. Very efficient service and excellent communication. He sent me photos and videos of my sewing machine to confirm the problem with the bobbin winder spindle was resolved and working perfectly fine. I really appreacite that! Plus very reasonable price point for repairing a sewing machine. Thank you so much for the excellent service repair and will definitely recommend coming to you!

My machine went in for service in the morning, pick up same day.I have never had service like this before. Professional, polite, clean environment and extremely efficient. Price was so good, I could not believe my good luck. Highly recommend to anyone. I have a sewing machine and a serger. Will also go here for service The Best.

Achmed is amazing. He fixed both of my machines and I had them back in under 48 hours. Fabulous.He is also very kind and patient. He took the time to show me how to thread one of my machines and to explain a few things about how it works.He is very fairly priced and did a fabulous job. I highly recommend him.Inm

Khalid dropped whatever he was doing when I called asking for urgent repairs to my sewing machine, and came to my aid. He was so pleasant, and so professional, took my machine and within two hours it was running smoother and quieter than it ever did. Including the day I actually bought it. He was so fast, and so thorough that I actually think he is a sewing machine miracle worker. I cannot be happier with the service he provided, and for the very reasonable cost. Highly recommend.

Would give this place a 1/2 star if I could. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. This guy scammed me out of $110. After speaking with him over the phone he said he could fix my smoking machine. Gave it back to me saying it's fixed for $110. Used it a few days later, not even 45 Mins of OFF AND ON use its starts smoking again. Txt him why is it still smoking? He said that the motor/inside is corroded and NOT TO USE IT A LOT.Moral of the story I took it some where else, there was NO corrosion, just some seized up gears.DO NOT GO HERE IT IS A SCAM

They were very helpful. I had a few sewing machines to donate and they were willing to come to my house and pick them up. They made an appointment and kept to the time promised. I was certainly use them for any service I might need in the future based on the experience I had with the donation.
