Please be aware of Michael hill product! Product is garbage. Peter(manager) and his staff in Kelowna Michael Hill were very rude and unprofessional. Instead of solving problems they wants to sell more products. I don't blame to the staff because they all gonna learn from their management team. When their are manager like Peter they just gonna learn how to be rude with customers and forced to sell the garbage product. You guys need to learn basic step to respect people! We are doing business with you in the hope that we will get good products and atleast get the solution if something goes wrong with the product with positive attitude and respect. I feel like I wasted my money just to tolerate their negativitey and rudeness.

Huge shout out to Peter at the Kelowna location for his customer service and for what we felt was over and above. We had an issue with my fiancees ring, and Peter handled the situation professionally and promptly. Highly recommend Peter and this store. Thanks again!

Zero stars. Horrible service, rude staff. We waited 20 minutes to hopefully buy 2 pairs of earrings. We waited for an available staff member, we watched him tell their client that they just had to wait for the till to be available, so asked to be helped, then he told us that he was “busy helping this client” (after he just said they have to wait for the till), laughed at us, then walked away. We left without purchasing and will not be going back. Don’t bother.

Excellent phone service followed by even better in person service from Miki. I didn't spend very much but got treated like a king.

Ring fell apart after one day. Manager admitted that the design was discontinued due to poor design but that they were still selling until stock was gone. He estimated a life span of 5-10 years on my engagement ring…. It lasted 36 hours. Only an rude apology and lack of accountability offered. Rude and unsupportive help from regional manager. Bottom line…. In my opinion they have no integrity as a company and are perfectly ok selling inferior products. If you don’t believe me read some more reviews.

Poor customer service. I bought a watch and needed the strap replaced. I was told to deal with the store I bought it from in Abbotsford. I contacted the corporate office in Australia. They were just as bad. They don't honor their lifetime warranty. I will never shop at another Michael Hill. Ever.

Just read a comment about how the manager Peter was rude ....I definitely second this.... I just went into the store today to inquire about how they can help me... my bf purchased my necklace last year in November... I ABSOLUTELY TOTALLY REALIZE THEY HAVE A 30 DAY POLICY however peter the rude manager didn't even wanna help me... yup he's that kinda guy... definitely WILL NOT BE SHOPPING IN MICHEAL HILL EVER!!! ESPECIALLY IF THAT'S THE KINDA SERVICE THAT WE RECEIVE... he is not into helping only taking the money.... he's showing the staff a totally wrong way to deal with people.... kill more bees with honey then being rude.... I had asked whom his boss was and he told me to look it up... online... welp here I am!!! WHOM EVER PETER'S BOSS IS PLEASE EMAIL ME!!! LOL!!!!

Peter and his staff at Michael Hill in Kelowna are so amazing!! I love shopping there...sometimes too much, but it's always a pleasure. They are so friendly and helpful. They make an effort to get to know me and what things I like. They take the time to chat and you never ever feel rushed! You always feels like you are the only one in the store. I can't say enough about Michael Hill and the gang in Kelowna!! Any concerns are solved with ease and patience. Love you guys!

I had a good experience shopping here for a nice locket that needed a longer chain. The salesperson was attentive and patient. She showed me all the different chain options and worked to address all my questions and doubts. It felt like the staff were less desperate and more professional than some other salespeople. I would return!
