I am so pleased with Van Pelt's for their service—they're fun to exchange email with, they're super courteous, they care beyond expectations, and they really make sure a customer is happy with their product. I'm dealing with Rosa and Sarah, just waiting on my sample. I haven't had one tense moment with my journey. They're both so patient, which is what a non technical woman like me needs. God runs the ship at Van Pelt's, and there's no seaweed aboard, just genuine people who care and do their jobs with excellence. I'm so confident, my review comes even before I receive my books. Prices are fair, too. My book is about miracles, and really, this publishing journey should have been included.

Called ahead and went in to get documents scanned. I had 10 documents 15 pages long that simply needed to be run through a double sided scanner. they quoted for 50 sheets 50 $ at a minimum. I would never go back and would never reccomend anyone to try their services.

If you need anything printed in a reasonable amount of time dont go to Van Pelts. You cant call ahead of time because they dont pick up the phones or pass along that you've placed an order over the phone.

Employee very helpfull. Needed copies of some old pictures and didn't want to leave them and employee did for me while I waited. Turned out beautifully. So happy. ..thanks so much.
