Virgin mobile Canada has no idea of what CUSTOMER service is. I did talk to at least 5 “customer service “ reps , by chat, phone and in person and at least 4 of them gave me misleading information ...... poor service, very disappointing because in USA ,virgin is very good.Now I’ll try to cancel my contract.

Great place, only 1 guy working when I came in and he was just finishing with another lady who repeatedly thanked him for all his help and patience. At the same time he was also on the phone with customer service for another customer (on and off hold). While doing this he helped me with my questions! Simply great. Jacky is your go-to guy, think he said he works Mon-Fri.

The Asian customer service representative was very friendly and very helpful. He make sure he answers all our questions with a big smile in his face and he make sure we know the promo for the day and he has lot of patience to explain to us about the phone and the plan. He will also give you the best deal he can . Best customer service .

Great Experience with Virgin Plus. Staff was friendly and very helpful. We received prompt and pleasant service. The only reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is although everything went relatively smooth in store. There was some minor corrections that needed to be made to our bill after the fact that required me to have to call and wait on hold for a considerable amount of time. After speaking to a rep, the corrections were made easily and quickly. Otherwise, very good service.

I spoke with the customer service representative and inquire for missing packaged about my sim card that I ordered online they advised me to drop by into the store and I can get a replacement for the sim card so this afternoon I went to the store and very excited there is one guy under the named of John (chinese asian) not being racist here, I told him what happened and he told me to buy the sim card to the for $10 and I will be the one to call Customer service to activate so ended I called the virgin customer service contrary on what he explained told me.I came by again, and ask for his assistance he said yes He can do it but it is a long process on top of that he will charge me extra money by doing that. How true is that virgin store charging extra for their service by helping out their new customer to set up their account.Horrible customer service by this location, and will no longer recommend this store to anyone.

I went to virgin mobile to switch carriers I got an Iphone 7 plus for my husband.Jackie helped me out he was very accommodating he even gave me a few deals, He helped me look for a plan that would fit my budget, he even set everything up. All in all I got the phone and a new sim card it was fast and easy! GOOD JOB YOU GUYS!

This is the third time I have had a horrible experience at this store. I won't be back again. I went in to sign up for a home phone. I was on google and saw the promotion of 50% off for the first year was still running. I went in-store and saw the ad in the store as well. When the girl went to sign me up she said the promo ended that day and could not honor it. She tried calling the member care line and they said all the power for home phone pricing was in the store and there was nothing they could do. The girl told me her manager was in China and there was nothing she could do. This is ridiculous to me. When I questioned her about the ad in the store she said she had been trying to print a new one all day. Does a business not have to honor the lowest advertised price? I could almost forget about the google ad (even though it is still up today). She had no control over that one but the in-store ad was totally up to her. Today I am shopping for a new wireless provider. They have lost a long-time member over $120.

I have used this store since 2013 and always dealt with Luna. She is great to deal with and makes the process of purchasing a phone simple and with a smile!I called in the store today and she did a super deal on an Iphone 8, which beat 4 of Calgary's main phone suppliers.If you're looking for a new phone, upgrade or just a great deal; I would definitely recommend this store and ask for Luna!
