Caring Touch Home Health Svc

A husband and wife duo were sent to my house to clean.We were suspicious when a man showed up with the female cleaner as we were never told that there would be 2 cleaners showing up.To make matters worse a very sentimental ring of my daughter's went missing while they were cleaning. I called the company to see if the cleaners had maybe put it up for safe keeping while they were cleaning and their response was they never saw it". This is where I began to get suspicious as it was placed on top of a cabinet that they supposedly cleaned... they would have had to see it to do the cleaning they were hired to do. We hunted high and low for the ring with no luck.On a hunch that maybe it was accidentally knocked off the cabinet and swept up. We dug through the garbage bags that they left behind. We found a bunch of our items including brand new stuff that they had dug through our cabinets and cupboards and put in the garbage. Why I don't know they were hired for cleaning and we had previously hired an organization company so there was no reason to go through our cupboards or throw away our personal items.My daughter is absolutely heart broken"

The one star is based off of the driver of the businesses vans incredibly dangerous driving. On the way to the ferry on father's day they were cutting people off continuously and not even signaling. Crossing the line into the middle of the lanes and then going back into the original lane. The one time they did signal they decided not to change lanes. Extremely dangerous. This driver should not be transporting clients. Next time lane earlier for Victoria instead of risking injuring others in the road.

Caring Touch has employees they do their jobs with passion by heart they go above and beyond its so good and relieving experience i can trust them which was hard for moms like me especially Tapinder Tiwana and Mandeep are the best human beings . I met Simmi she is so nice and had to deal with Joy as well they are pretty good and easy to deal with . Excellent Home health service! Very professional and courteous caregivers! The last Company that my son received care from was just horrible! Rude caregivers, came and went as they pleased, never stayed their whole shift snd completely lacked any Empathy. I am so Happy that Caring Touch has taken over and can honestly say that I would highly recommend their services. It is such a comfort knowing your loved ones are in safe hands and treated with humanity and respect.
