Over The Top Computing
In a word, superb. I asked that an old DOS version of Lotus 1-2-3 be loaded onto my new Windows 7 computer. The work took a couple of days, but I have always found it pays to wait a bit for perfection. Also had some networking done, which was carried out both on site at my place and remotely. Reasonable prices and extremely friendly service, especially from the owner, Chris, who seems to instill a sense of fairness to all his employees.

Horrible customer service, went in to pick up a package and buy a hard drive. Employee had a horrible attitude, so never got to buying the hard drive. Went to Canada Computers instead. Save your time, and from what I saw, your money, shop somewhere else.

Best customer service! They have built some sick custom gaming pc's for me over the years and even upgraded some of the parts for free!My business also uses their web-hosting service and the pricing is very competitive and you get hands-on support. They care about their customers.

My first job at the local grocery store allowed me to save up and buy a gaming custom build from OTT. It served me well and I continued to buy for years. Nowadays, I trust them with all my professional needs. They have performed Data and System recovery, provided top quality hardware and systems for my corporate needs, and have been a friend of Reliability Screening Solutions for a number of years. They have been able meet our needs while negotiating around our strict privacy and data safeguarding requirements.

I wanted to get some custom cables cut for a home theater/pc project. The owner, Chris made some recommendations in an email exchange and then when I asked him if we could place the order, he stopped replying to email. I followed-up two weeks later thinking maybe he forgot or got busy. He never replied.I wouldn't recommend this place at all. Go to Canada Computers on Merivale. They are, by far, much better at customer service and custom builds.
