I accidentally ordered to the Paris location on Dundas Street as opposed to the Woodstock. Jonathan, Jess and the other barista (whose name I’m very sorry but I forgot!) were so kind and helpful. They remade our drinks with no hassle!We’ve come to the store a few times now and every time we’re greeted with smiles and friendly conversation! ☺️

Great staff, but I can't get over the price. $7 for a medium lemonade is insane. Was a great drink, so good, but I will not spend that much on a drink again. For a drink and a slice of banana bread cost $14. That's criminal!

I love this store! They are incredibly friendly. They have great service, Even if it's slow, I'm always very satisfied with their service. They take the time to talk to me which is great it helps pass the time if I am waiting. My favorite is when they are Jamin out to the music!! Singing or dancing, or both, I love watching them Enjoy themselves, and just have fun! I have been there more times than I can count, or maybe would like to admit. My favorite go-to place for coffee!

Had a great little coffee date with my wife. One of the baristas was having a good ole time singing opera style and unknowingly the whole place stopped to listen. They seemed a bit embarrassed but it was totally great to hear and fun.

Wicked long line up for the drive through and sadly didn't see the impending trial of patience until I was in it. Guy at window (manager) was really friendly. Fun trivia, they had the biggest Starbucks sign I've ever seen.

No matter how specific a person is with their order; unfortunately, servers are going to interpret the order into what they think you want. Annoying!!!

This is a bit of a strange one. It seems the manager is mandating that people somehow engage with the customers and this results in a rather stiff and formulaic and rather uncomfortable interchange. The scripted aspect of the conversation is very, very American and lacks sincerity to the point of comedy.
