Excellent Service, they went above and beyond anything I have experience in purchasing a vehicle. Josh arranged my financing with a great interest rate and had all paperwork prepared when I arrived. Krista, the sales lady was Superb, she arranged to have the vehicle checked out mechanically and ensured everything was in excellent working order prior to delivering the vehicle approximately 200 kms away. She called me several times constantly keeping me informed of any issues regarding the sale of the vehicle. I really enjoyed doing business there, they were so nice, polite and not pushy. I would definitely recommend them, they truly exhibit real Maritime friendship and down home hospitality.

I bought my car from them 3 years ago and had a wonderful experience with all of the staff and buying process.A couple weeks ago, my car broke down on me out of nowhere. A few things went wrong so I got my car towed right to them because they're the experts with this car.They fit me in as soon as possible, got the parts ordered in a timely fashion, and kept me updated every step of the way! Also made me feel very welcomed for asking questions. Never had a bad experience the whole way. Courtney is a superstar in the friendly and professional department! So thankful for her help answering my questions and even following up a week after I got my car back to see if everything was running okay and if I had any questions.Car is running better than ever!And a huge shout out and thank you to all of the mechanics for doing the job as quickly as possible! No way they get enough credit for the behind the scenes work.And finally, huge thank you to anyone else involved in the process of fixing my car up.I'm beyond satisfied and happy that I chose Atlantic Kia in Amherst to be my dealership to go to.

We love this place! My wife and I recently bought a car from Atlantic Kia. We live in N.B. so we were somewhat reluctant at first given that it's a big purchase and that we didn't really know them well. I can tell you first hand that they genuinely care for their customers which in my experience has not always been the first feeling I have come away with from car dealerships. My wife and I feel that they really put the customer first. We would not hesitate to buy there again and we have recommended them to our friends and family.

Bought a soul from here. Sales department was one of the best I've delt with buying vehicles over the years. The service department is unreal. Absolutely the most outstanding people you will meet. they go way out of their way to ensure your visit will be as fast as possible as well as save you money. Ask for Annie or Skye in the service department if you need it they will make it happen !!!

Had the car for a little over a year. Financed it September 2021 and already the motor had failed. After having the car’s motor stall and ultimately die out, I opened the hood and noticed oil around the spark plugs; indicative of oil splashing out from the piston rings and getting into the cylinders. No check oil light ever illuminated. Amherst KIA promised to look at the car the day this happened but instead passed the car to Truro NS which could not diagnose it professionally until mid to late November. We were treated rather poorly by KIA Amherst and almost did not receive a loaner car until I pleaded my case desperately as that one “lemon” car sold to me was my only vehicle and I work out of town. I have always had my car inspected and serviced by KIA Amherst but I will never again as they failed to address this safety issue during previous service visits. Props to Stuart’s KIA in Truro for at least apologizing on their behalf for their lack of professionalism and doing the job KIA Amherst could not be bothered to do.

My car had a recall that needed done and when I called they scheduled me in 2 days later.Very pleasant to deal with, my car was done on time and there were no surprises, very happy with my treatment.Thank you for the great service

Exceptionally great service from the service dept. Wayne and Austin went above and beyond to get me into the 2019 Sorento I just bought. Test drive on Fri. took it home on Sat. The team at Atlantic Kia in Amherst is top notch .I went in with my Kia Seltos for service and left after getting that done and also buying the Sorento great place to deal will be going back to get all my service done
