If I could rate 0 stars I would. I went to rent equipment on a Friday and just wanted it for the one day however they were not open on the weekend so I wasn't going to take because I don't want to pay the extra days as I wouldn't be able to get it back until late Monday because of work. I was told by Zack at the counter that as long as I brought it back Monday he would only charge me the one day. I brought it back Monday and still ended up being charged for two days. When I called to ask about it Zack and the other employee just kept back peddling that they had never said that to me. I got a hold of their head office with a complaint which they sent out to the location last week Wednesday and still have not heard back. If that's the way they do business you're better off going elsewhere because you never know if what they're promising you is something they can deliver on.

Absolute worst rental services. If I could have given no stars I would have. They will bring you broken and unsafe equipment and neglect service or responsibility. DO NOT USE.

do not use this terrible company cancelled our equipment delivery 20 minutes before everyone arrived on the worksite because of availability? what kind of company will cancel a $3000 order without no warning or bother to get something ready a day before. Now I have workers on site with no equipment thanks sunbelt for your terrible service.

I can't say enough about the first-class treatment I was given on a landscaping job we undertook in Newmarket. I worked with Riyadh at the Brampton branch, who was outstanding in regards to both locating equipment during an extremely busy construction and landscaping season that saw gear at a premium, but also worked with me on billing that was adding up due to delays that were in no way Sunbelt's problem. Still, Riyadh was able to take a great deal of financial and scheduling pressure off me and my Team, which allowed us to stay much more on budget and on schedule than I had hoped due to the delays we were encountering.To those complaining about late deliveries and unavailable equipment: This is a rental company. They rely on the return of their equipment to keep on schedule with upcoming deliveries. If a return is late, there is literally nothing they can do about it. If you don't like that arrangement, then you'll have to purchase your gear because all equipment rental facilities are in the same boat.Additionally, they will search far and wide to secure equipment when their branch can't supply something. And they do it happily.

Terrible service on top of terrible equipment, don’t walk run from this company 1 star is a stretch.

DO NOT USE SUNBELT. Worst rental service there is. Unmaintained equipment and poor service.

This place is a ripp off, scissor lift for 3 days for 15 feet high was $820 should be 520

Me and my father have been using this location for quite some time, and I highly recommend them. Riyadh Hatim is always reliable with my bookings. Easy, smooth, and hassle-free best describes him. No complaints. Keep up the good work guys!

I use these guys all the time and the service is always great. If there is a problem with equipment it is fixed quickly. 5 star service from this location!
