Just recently made a purchase at Home Depot, it was a tongue and groove surround shower unit. I mistakenly cut the wrong side of one of the panels and called the head company that made the product. They said they couldnt send just one panel, it has to be bought as a full kit. Went back to Home Depot to explain my problem, admitted it was my mistake. Talked to a man named Scott, dont know his last name, said he would look into it. Called me back the next morning and told me they would send a new kit free of charge. This is not only great service, this is mindblowing service. You have a customer for life.Sincerely Tim MacDougall, Smiths Falls

I have lived local to this store for many years and their customer service was always good. But over the last year it has been exceptional!!!An accociate is always within view and barely do I walk by and not get a hello and an offer for help! And it really feels like small home town hospitality, despite the growth of our town.I am just so impressed I had to write up this review!

I went on a plumbing emergency with broken parts and a picture on my phone. An associate asked if I needed help right when I entered the store. She sent me to the right aisle, and I was able to get further help and advice in that area. Great customer service and I was confident I got what I needed for the repair.

Went late after date with my wife and we were looking for paint for our first nursery and Shawn from Paint desk really listened to us and helped us select the right products based on what we wanted. He told us about low VOCs and the some of the different options. He spent extra time to ensure we had everything we needed and was an overall super helpful and knowledgeable person.Thanks to Shawn the experience was rather quick and easy. Thank you!!
