LeGallais Veterinary Hospital

I recently moved to Aurora and needed a new Vet for my 20yr old cat. I am so happy with them. We seen Dr. Cathy a couple of times and she was awesome. Patient and knowledgeable. The Admin staff are A+++ and the clinic space looks new and is well-appointed.

I just registered my cats with this clinic. The staff are so friendly, especially Dr. Aidin. He is really professional and knowledgeable and built a good relationship with my cats. My cats were really comfortable with him.He patiently explained everything to me and I was so satisfied with this experience. Totally recommend him for your beloved pets.

Our family has been with Legallais for over twenty years. We’ve only ever been made to feel welcomed and our furry friends very well taken care of.

Me and my family have been going to LeGallais for YEARS. Even when I was a kid this is the only vet I ever remember going to. My family has all moved hours away and we STILL take our pets here. We've had to extraordinary losses within a year and the staff there handled it with so much love and care and sensitivity. They did what they could to help. This was a very painful time and having their support made it that much easier. Thank you for many years of caring for my family.

I was referred to Dr. Doug and I booked an appointment with him through the phone. They asked for my previous vet's info to get the medical history for my dog. It was a pleasant experience booking the appointment with his staff.On the day of the checkup, Dr. Doug spent a good 40 minutes inspecting my dog and checking almost every part of his body. It was a thorough inspection and he taught me how to keep his weight in check and calculate the amount of food I should feed him. He was very patient in explaining the do's and don'ts for caring for my dog and informed me on a few things to watch out for. Lastly he recommended tests/shots that were needed for his age. I've only been to 3 vets so I can't speak from too much experience but it was the best consultation for my dog I've ever had. I am thankful for Dr. Doug's attention to detail and his patience for educating me on my dog. Thank you Dr. Doug and his team!

I would like to say thanks to Dr. Aidin and his team members. Obviously we are now in deep mourning after the death of my beloved cat. Me and my cats lost a companion. Thank you for a card from you and the heartfelt condolences and it's really help. I am lucky to have you as a neighbour.

I’ve been taking my Doberman to LeGallais from the first day I got him. He is now almost 3 and I can’t ask for a better Veterinary to take him to. All the doctors he’s seen has been so patient and understanding. The staff is amazing with him. He gets very bad anxiety when going to the vet and with them knowing this they always make sure that they get through his appointments in a reasonable amount of time so he’s not too stressed. I can’t stress how important it is for me to have a vet that cares about the care of my animal because they are our babies and we only want the best for them. Highly recommend this vet for anyone looking for a caring and compassionate placed for their animals health.

My family and I have been going to Legallais for over 20 years - I even did my veterinary assistant placement in college here and can’t explain enough how much they care for their patients, clients and staff.They even remember my sisters cat, Pernie, who passed years before my placement and reminisced fondly about how much they loved him.We’ve mostly had rabbits and cats, but each time we’ve brought them over, no matter the vet on duty, they care for them like their own. They’ve made exceptions for us when our one cat was having symptoms of a urinary issue and squeezed in my heart cat when he was coming down with pancreatitis after an upper respiratory infection. It wasn’t cheap, I’ll say that, but as a veterinary professional I understand the money goes to more than just paycheques and even still, everyone deserves a living wage.I hope to continue bringing my pets here for years to come.
