I was in the market for a new vest for winter. When I was shopping the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. They helped me pick out a heated vest, and honestly it is better then my Milwaukee heated hoodie.The store was kept clean, and tidy. I have been to the store a few times looking around, this latest location is far better then the last one as well.Thank you for all the help ladies I will be back when I need riding gear!

Been in multiple times, and each time the staff were useless when browsing gloves. Stared at us the whole time as if we were stealing. Heard us discussing sizes and fitment, but made zero attempt to assist us. Do not recommend.

Excellent service from Megan and her coworker! I told her that it’s hard for me to find a good fitting jacket because I’m tall and thin and usually the arms are too short or the trunk is too big. She suggested one and I really liked it and to my surprise it fit!Thank you both for the excellent service!Note to buyers: Buy more jackets for taller people!

Purchased leather" saddlebags for my bike at Boutique of Leathers/Open Road in Red Deer back in May. Store associate assured they were leather. They were not. They turned out to be PVC. 3 Weeks after purchase they caught fire while riding. Fire burned a hole on one side and caught my jeans on the inside of saddlebag on fire. Reached out to store. Store took 1.5 weeks to respond completely. Said neither the owner or manufacturer accepted responsibility for product. Owner is Barry Lammle of Lammle's Western Wear. Wonder what other kinds of safety risk they are placing the public under??"
