I called because of a grain mite infestation, the service was great, they schedule an appointment for me right away and came and sprayed a first product. After that we found a couple mites in another location that hadn't been sprayed and we called back, they immediately sent someone over to spray the other areas where we had found them. The guy who came even spray a product that was stronger and a little less localized. Everyone I spoke to was extremely nice and understanding of the situation, and they are very reassuring and confident with their job. I'd recommend ONEX to anyone looking for an exterminator in the area. 10/10 A+ Service!

We received excellent service from Jason. He was always professional in his approach. He came quickly after we called him with our mice problem. He made an assessment of the situation and there was no delay in the follow-up visits and treatments. He was easy to talk to and very knowledgeable in answering our questions and dealing with our specific situation. What more can we ask for? I recommend Jason's services to anyone.

Very friendly technician. Sprayed the exterior of the house for ladybug infestation prevention. Took only 1/2 hour. No ladybugs yet but they usually arrive in October. Hope the treatment works. It's a bit expensive but if it works, it will be worth it.

Contacted Jason and received a call back same day. My issue ( hornets ) was handled within 3 days. No trace of the nasty beasts since then. Great job, great people, great service. Highly recommended.
