The owner of this store seems to be I don't want to say racist but I'll say judgemental instead. She watched me approach and gave me the cold shoulder while asking the other women in the store if they needed help or needed a chamgeroom. She straight up ignored me and the chill in the air could be felt. I would never enter this store at bramalea city centre again.

Not a store I visit often, but recently went and found some great prices at a steal! I went on Friday, August 9, where I was able to pick up shorts and a blazer at $9.99. It was a special promotion that day on select items on a rack. Also noticed they had great selection on new arrivals and sale items. The staff was friendly and helpful. Will definitely return to this location!

The sales associate Laurie was helpful and friendly when I entered the store. I was able to find a variety of items - cardigan and sweater that I instantly fell in love with. There was another sales associate who was also helping me the next time I came in her name is Charu. She helped me choose between two cardigans that I liked and showed me these leather pants that were on sale. This is my new favourite clothing store. I love all the winter clothes that they have right now.

This store selling only women's clothing could be more interesting if its staff is better trained and professional, and less selective and profiling. The last time I was there, three of your clients pointed out their disappointment about how your staff handled the customers. It is your loss and it's good for you.

Staff at this location is disrespectful and RACIST. The two ladies at the counter this evening at 645pm made weird gestures behind my back which my husband noticed and asked them if something was wrong. The ladies immediately became confrontational and rude with an excuse that one of them is pregnant. Does that mean u get to mock your customers ? The store manager should check the cameras to see how their staff are treating customers.

Worst location to shop. These workers are more important in their own conversation rather than working. The store is completely empty doesn't mean you can stand around and chit-chat. When I was checking out, it seemed like I was annoying them and interrupting their personal conversation. They need to learn what having a job means.
