We had Deborah handle our recent wedding in Prince Edward County. We had nice pillar candles but the cheap glass vases were too small for the size of the candles, not the hurricanes I had signed up for. Half of the candles stuck out of the top of the vases. Several of the vases were so covered in wax and smoke residue from a previous use that they couldn’t be used.Deborah changed the layout of the draping and fairy lights last minute and several panels and two strings of lights were missing from one end of the tent as she had not brought more lights to suit the new layout. The draping looked skimpy and not what had been planned. Overall, not great for the money. I had expected better attention to detail.

We had the pleasure of having Crushed Ice Productions provide the decor for our wedding. Despite some unforseen changes 10 days out from the wedding Debbie and her team were able to adjust and produce a BEAUTIFUL scene for the wedding and the reception. Thank you so much!

I went to Debra in February for my wedding august 27th meeting with Debra I finally thought I could relax and everything would be ok she promised so much and said I wouldn’t have to worry….. I paid all my deposits we met chatted about an assortment of ideas was promised a animated preview(never got) promised my vision would be very close if not similar. SO NOT THE CASELess then a month before my wedding we had our walk through with the hall there was some issues with set up tear down times but they got sorted not a big deal… well so I thought!The day before my wedding I get a call from my hall coordinator that Debra was asked many times from March on to show proof of her insurance for decorating ceilings she had not provided it and was told please present it the day of. Day of arrived she showed up unprepared didn’t have documents and could not provide the necessary documents to be able to decorate over head.The coordinator had to call and finally got another company to come in and do the ceiling work and fix many different things.Very unprofessional my back drop wasn’t how it was suppose to be she told me she couldn’t provide some items asked if I could which that was fine the ceiling couldn’t be done by her my arch wasn’t how it was suppose to be I was in full panic mode and so upset thinking nothing was going to be done the only thing Debra did was provide the entrance hall it was the way it was suppose to be but that was the only thing done right. If it wasn’t for the company that had to come in (a design) and the stay at Fort Henry and by town catering I don’t even know what would have happened.If your up for broken promises anxiety attacks (the day before you wedding) crushed ice is defiantly the place to hire… for something that is suppose to be so special and hired out and paid for you shouldn’t have to worry I’d never recommend crushed ice!Everyone has their moments and not everything can be perfect I was so good to deal with and even small bags weren’t an issue until the day before and I couldn’t even handle my mom had to take over… seemed like it was one thing after the other she did refund some money that wasn’t an issue

As both an employee and a customer, I greatly enjoyed the knowledge, and quick wit that Crushed Ice displayed; even when there's a small hiccup, this company stepped up and got the job done - and everything always looks so good. Original, but with your own style infused into the company's vision, every job, as well as my own events, we're enjoyed, liked great, and talked about a plenty!Would definitely recommend Deborah and Crushed Ice Productions, to anyone... small party or wedding, gala or baby showers, I and my friends have never been disappointed.Keep up the good work!

By winning this generous contest we were provided with a stunning backdrop, table arrangements, centrepieces and more for our December 2020 wedding. We loved Deborah’s work so much that we rented a stunning circle archway and aisle runners from her as well.Deborah was amazing every step of the way providing advice and support, which was especially helpful as we navigated the COVID pandemic. Nothing but amazing things to say about my experience working with Debbie! She understood my vision and made it possible. The process couldn't have been easier for me- she arrived at my venue and assembled AMAZING string lights and a chandelier and took it down the day following the wedding. She made my COVID wedding beautiful :)
