Loved to use em. Ran out of equipment I needed. Would still recommend over home Depot for rentals

Wow! Talk about renting out 1001 different things for the home handy man (me) or for the serious contractor (not me). This place has it all! I found the prices to be reasonable and the staff to be very courteous, knowledgeable and friendly.I also got a storage unit, which was clean and decently priced. Thank you!

Spend the little extra and go to Battlefield or you will likely pay in the long run.Read the responses from the owner below on other reviews, that is the level of customer service provided still at this point. I wish I had read the reviews and responses first.

First time customer and bought a chain saw. Used it once for only a few minutes. It wasn't quite powerful enough so I called and said hey can I bring this one back and get the next model up... the customer service guy says no buddy you're out of luck buddy... I don't know why he thought I was his buddy. Anyway he says STIHL's policy is you can bring it back in 7 days and today is Day 8. I said come on, I'll pay $50 or whatever extra if it helps but there must be something I can do here. All I got was no buddy you're out of luck. Wow. You can tell this guy doesn't own the business. He couldn't give 2 you know what's whether or not he gets repeat business from us.

Make sure you refuel your machine rent all centre's fuel is $2.50L

Bought a Stihl backpack blower and trimmer from them.They were very helpful in terms of explaining the differences between the various models.I was expecting to go in and just pick up a few boxes and have to assemble them myself.I was very surprised to find that they had already assembled and fully gassed the units.They showed me exactly how to operate them and how to maintain the units and even offered some very helpful advice in terms of accessories. This was by far the best gardening equipment purchase that I have ever made and will definitely be back for more.

They always answer my odd questions regardless of how stupid they are. I buy all my Stihl equipment here and I only service my Stihl equipment here. They are top notch in both sales and in service. If I could give them 6 stars I would.

It's for the storage units that im giving a low rating. Have been trying to clear a bunch of storage units out for a person but since I work m-f can't get in there after bc they are closed. The actual equipment rental and staff I would definitely give a 4 Star.

Have had problems with their equipment...good old boys are thick headed. Recommend going elsewhere...had to rent elsewhere due to their lack of professionalism ....they would not refund or exchange the useless tool..been renting since 1973 with little issues till trying this place.
