Having lived in our home for 29 years, we knew we had a problem when we heard strange noises coming from our attic. We called Home Free Pest Removal, and even though we were away for the weekend, Jessie (co-owner) came out and confirmed we had a raccoon issue. She sent us photos of where the raccoon was entering our attic through a roof vent. We had a quote the next day, and were pleasantly surprised at how reasonable it was! Two days later, Jessie and her partner arrived and within an hour, 7 baby raccoons were safely removed from our attic! Jessie was so knowledgeable, and answered our many questions…we learned a lot about raccoons! The raccoons were handled humanely, and the babies were left in a warming box on the roof so the mother could relocate them. Two days later, the box was taken away, all babies gone! Home Free also installed a preventative metal screen at the base of our plumbing stack, reinforced the soffits and addressed a few siding issues we had. Their work comes with a lifetime warranty which is total piece of mind! Aside from being extremely knowledgeable, Jessie and her partner were courteous and friendly. We would highly recommend Home Free if you have any kind of pest issue. Hoping we don’t have any future house “guests”, but if we do, we know who to call!!

Great experience! Having people tell me of their negative experiences with roofing companies who do the minimal to get rid of wildlife, I was pleasantly surprised to see this team throughly assessing the problem and actually getting rid of a pesky starling and it’s messy brood. Their knowledge of the problem, their willingness ri get rid of nesting material rather than simply putting roofing material over it was very much appreciated as the starling now knows has been outmatched! If you want courteous, knowledgeable, reasonable and effective pest control, don’t waste your time with roofers who do pest control as an add on and will not stop the pests from returning—go to Clamcy and his team so your mind is set at ease.!

These guys are amazing. Excellent customer service and response time. If you are looking to permanently get rid of mice/rats please hire them. You will not regret. Shout out to Jessie for helping us get rid of mice!

I had a very positive experience with Home Free recently. I had a family of raccoons living under my deck and wanted them removed humanely. Home Free explained the process of sealing the deck and installing a one way door. Their work was efficient, neat, and left the deck looking good. Communication was excellent.
