Very compassionate staff.. one of the only places where you don't feel judged for being an addict. It's unfortunately a rare thing to have the ability to enter a place where you can be completely honest with others and yourself about your addictions. You can really feel the genuine hope & concern for others- it is a great feeling when you're down and out and somebody not only recognizes that, but goes out of their way to lift you back up again ♡

Went there to volunteer instead I got hit on by a bunch of old guys.I do not recommend this location for volunteer work.

The help and support I've received from the staff and volunteers can never be measured. In my darkest days there were times that the only kindness I saw came from here. As my life changed so did the support offered. They do more than most people would every know and they do it quietly and often without thanks.

Unhelpful and stigmatizing help. Very disappointed in the way they treated me. Definitely caused more pain and hurt than any help i received from blair henry. Very dehumanizing experience.

Very very helpful friendly and funny staff. Always there to boost u up if your down or help u up if u can't get up off the ground lol even wanna help u if the police wanna tow your motorbike lol

Good job staff poor job clientele the clients that go here need to work on themselves a lot but the staff are extremely strong extremely Pleasant and work tirelessly to keep the environment in community safe if it weren't for the area and the clientele you would be a five star rating
