Excellent service, the arm on my glasses broke two days before my son’s wedding. Although no parts were available they found an arm for me from their vendor and had me back able to read my speech that afternoon. Great service! New pair were I in less than a week.Dr Nichol and the front office staff are the best!

I have been going here for as long as I can remember ( I think over 15 years). Super friendly staff and Dr Flatt is super nice as well. Highly recommend this optometrist office of you are look for a optometrist. : )

Brenda was so helpful with her assistance in choosing the perfect frames for both regular and sun glasses. Her attention to detail to ensure proper eye protection along with personable consultation on frames best suited to prescription from Dr. Flatt and facial features for best look and fit.

After calling the office near the end of the day on a Friday, with a concern, Dr. Flatt took me in immediately, and found I had a detatched retina. He then arranged for me to go to London for surgery the next day, I had not had Dr. Flatt before as my optometrist, and I am extremely grateful for his consideration and time.I was previously a patient of Dr. Code for many years, who gave great eye care and support and I wish him well in retirement.Peter Lackenbauer

Absolutely amazing team.I live out of town, and I made an appointment for my father who still lives in town. I was worried if he would get the right care or if he would be taken advantage of. But the Dr was amazing, and although he wasn't able to get a new pair of glasses today, they were able to repair his old frames so that he continue using them. I have been a patient for over 20 years. I started with Dr Code then was moved to Dr Flatt. I am impressed with the fact the service is as good now as it was 20 years ago.

Excellent service, No waiting time, very friendly staff and clean office space. Doctor Brian was very knowledgeable and helped me with my eye injury related check up. He clarified all my questions patiently.
