Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Good breakfast. Room was clean and great location.

We stayed at this hotel on Wednesday night and when we booked it, we had booked it thinking we would be able to go for a swim. Unfortunately their pool was closed for maintenance (which is fine), it just didn't say that anywhere when we booked and we paid full price for the room when booking. When we got there, I asked if they had a discount policy that covered this and they accommodated us no problem and gave us a discount on the room.After our stay, we realized there had been a glitch and were accidentally double charged, so the front desk wrote down the phone number and had the manager call us when she was in next and got it sorted out.The service was overall great, and we would stay again

We stay here every time we are in Wainwright! Rooms are big and clean. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Breakfast is awesome and included! The pool is great and has a water slide. The gym has everything you need to get your workout in away from home. Highly recommended!

This hotel is the worst. Clearly all staff here hate their jobs and should quit. The rooms smell like mold, breakfast hours say until 11 but food is only available until 9, the fitness room is off limits, the pool is a giant safety concern.

Good staff, clean rooms and decent breakfast. We experienced an issue with the heating appliance staff responded quickly and relocation to another room was provided. We would recommend this Hotel

Great place to stay, they have hot tub, water slide. My daughter loves the slide and pool there. The room is nice-clean and quiet. The breakfast is average. If we have to stay in Wainwright, absolutely we will come back to this place again.

The manager was SO accommodating when it came to adjusting the reservation for our hockey team due to inclement weather. I was so impressed with the excellent customer service I received from both guest services and the manager. The room was also clean and comfortable. The pool was great for the kids.

I paid $189.73 for a non-smoking room to ensure we had a comfortable space to sleep in after my meeting. When we got there, the room was dusty, the washroom was not cleaned yet, and there were hairs on the floor. There were flies in the room, and the washroom smelled like old cigarettes.I told the front desk what we had found in the room, and she moved us to a different room. According to her, we were the 2nd complainant that day. When we entered the new space, it was still dusty, the washroom was not cleaned yet, and there were used towels in the locker. Fingerprints on the tables and desk are still there, and the counter is sticky.I called the front desk and asked for a housekeeper but according to her there is no housekeeper available at that moment. I asked her to come and up the dirty towel that I found on the cabinets.Because I will be late for my appointment, I have no time to move to a new room; or even ask for a reimbursement. I just thought of buying a Lysol wipe and cleaning the area myself after coming back from a meeting instead of asking for a new room again.I would not recommend and would not stay again.
